Best Westerns are generally very nice. They are clean, comfortable, offer a competitive price and an extensive free breakfast. Best Western Plus Inn and Suites Ontario, CA is one of the nicest. It exceeded the other chain I have frequently stayed in because of my award points. I am also a Best Western points member and will stick with them after this most recent experience. The staff was far better than in some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in and certainly much more professional than the other similar-in-style chain hotels. I cannot day enough about the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds are so comfortable too and the breakfast is great. In this one, I thought the walls allowed a little too much noise through but it could have just been the room I was in. I’m a light sleeper and still got a good nights sleep every night.

Does not look like photos. Good neighborhood, but rooms are not the most clean and it is old. We arrived for our two night stay room was non smoking but smelled of old smoke. Looks like it has been very poorly renovated old carpet still in closet, no weather stripping on door with large crack underneath for bugs and air to come in. Walls and base boards a mess. We found 4 long black hairs in the bedding. We immediately called office, which they brought down new sheets but sheets they brought did not fit, called them again. they brought more sheets but they still did not fit. finally the 3rd time they got it right. More hairs in the bathroom and dust all over as if cleaning isnt doing the best job. Would only stay here again if I had no other choice. Worth paying extra for a better hotel than this.

Great rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast, but hard to get in during the week. The staff are very friendly and makes your stay feel like your staying with family. Tony in the lounge is fantastic. He goes above and beyond to get you what you want. He will make you laugh when you are down and missing family and stressed from work.

Was in Ontario visiting my sick brother diagnosed with leukemia. My family and I drove from Texas to see him. The hotel staff was amazing. Especially your Front desk supervisor. She was very sincere on wishing me a strong recovery for my brother. I had one small issue with my internet not working on our last night. She call me that morning and apologize and made it wright. She is a great part of your team. Great job of hospitality. I'm sorry I did not remember her name I believe it starts with the letter E. Hotel is in a great location and nice area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice hot breakfast. Thank you!!!!

This hotel has gone from 4 stars to 1 star for me!

The staff and service used to be amazing, helpful and accommodating they are now rude and unhelpful. The property used to offer complementary beverages for happy hour - not anymore! The towels have not been replaced recently, they are rough and dingy from multiple uses and washes. The furniture and decor is outdated. Major not only cosmetic but also safety issues as well, and instead of replacing they do the bare minimum to TRY and cover up the issues and imperfections. The water that comes out of the sinks and showers has a mildew smell from some of the rooms. I have have even had a room that had water leaking from the ceiling and they simply came and wiped it up and put a towel down as a solution until they could get the maintaince representative out the next day (this is about 6 weeks ago). The staff are now nothing but liars who want to make extra money from customers. They are 90% unresponsive or do not call to follow up on issues. It's safe to say I will not be staying here again; which is very disappointing as this was a go to hotel in the area.

Less than helpful staff. I booked a double room for myself and three kids, they gave me a single and said they were completely booked. With 400+ rooms and an empty parking lot
For being recently remodeled it is fairly dirty and not kept well. Situated right next to the 10 freeway and a gas station there is an element to the locals. Lots of great neck and face tattoos
Save yourself some frustration and pick a different hotel.

This is always my choice when I have a flight out of Ontario. Rooms are amazing. Staff always goes above and beyond. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in (including my own). Breakfast is huge and hot. The bar is adequate and the pool is cool. I always get a suite if available. You won't be let down. Free shuttle to the mall and airport. Can't beat Best Western Inn & Suites Ontario on Shelby.

The reviews about this hotel are not fair!!!!
I really enjoy 5 days that I spend away from home, also you can find good restaurants close by!!!!! (Fonda Don Chon for example😋)
Everything was clean and never got disappointed with nothing at all.
The whole staff very attentive and cordial what else can you ask for!!!
And by the way people what do you expect for a FREE BREAKFAST???? Steak???? NNNOOO
I take a look and looks great (barely ever try the free stuff but .It's free!!!! ) enjoy!!!!

Not the worst but not going back. Decent for one night stay. The pictures looked nice but upon arrival I got a strong smell of mildew. Room wasn't super dirty but could use extra cleaning. The worst part was the paper thin walls and the loud neighbors at 2am. I was with my family and babies. I had to call front desk. Then to add to it, we could hear all the cars from the 10fwy all night long! Only recommend if it's a solo trip or something quick. Definitely not a family hotel stay. I also paid 150 for one night!!!

We went here for a seminar. I like the way the seminar was close to the front desk, close to our room & our cars, close the restrooms, close to the breakfast area. Unlike bigger seminars we have attended where you have to walk a long way from the seminar area to get anywhere you need to go with the short breaks you get. I also appreciated the late ck out I requested and was got. Our neighbors were very noisy though, talking to the wee hours of the morning, knocking on doors, using the ice machine till midnight. I don't know if the hotel really con control this. It was just the luck of the draw that night we stayed. fridge in one on the rooms did not work. We did not report this. really was not an issue.

Nice hotel. Like the rooms facing a pool
instead of the parking lot. Can hear some noise through walls but not bad.
Staff was friendly from check-in, complementary happy hour bartender and chef. Burger & fries were tasty enjoyed the complimentary drinks. The hotel was clean and fairly updated. Room was a nice size.
Took the airport shuttle at 4:30am and the driver was quick and efficient. 24 hr Ontario Airport shuttle is an awesome service!!
