Rooms are pretty small, but very well furnished. Everything was high quality. You could tell that they put more cash into the experience of the attendee. Much better than chain hotels.

Love this cute little place! You can tell someone cares here. ..The staff goes the extra mile to make it comfy. Love the fireplaces and the beds are So comforable!

Very clean, friendly staff. Cameras on property, feel safe leaving vehicle in parking lot. Very quiet. Great hotel for the price.

This was a fantastic hotel. Such a beautiful feel to the place.
Have to say the reason I'm actually taking the time to write a review though. The staff (specifically Christina) have been so wonderful. They have kindly tried to help me take care of some reservation issues I was having (these were not due to dynasty suites but another company I unfortunately was going thru). I very much appreciate their kindness.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

For a "door facing a parking lot" hotel.. It's very nice. Nice grounds, walking distance to multiple food locations. Would stay again if in town.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Pillows were the softest and very nice. I really enjoyed the staff there, very helpful and very pleasant the whole stay. Only thing they could improve was the mattress on the pull out, wasn't the highlight of my stay. Overall would definitely recommend the place and would stay again.

Staff Is very friendly, premises very well kept, very comfortable room with great amenities, ac works great, larger than usual TV, bed super comfy, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna's, gazebo, outdoor facade vine covered.
Overall very pleased with my stay here for the past 9 days.
Look forward to staying again.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, easy check in, great value. Our only complaint is that there is no option to run the A/C unit on fan for some white noise. The unit would click on and off all night and it was sometimes hard to sleep. On the other hand, the heater in the bathroom was great! Definitely will stay here again!!

This place got the job done. Comfy bed, waters, nice shower head and water pressure, little fridge and freezer and a microwave. The room also has a air conditioner heater unit and a fireplace! The pool flet nice, not too cold. They also have a Jacuzzi and sauna, but I didn't use the sauna. Free parking and a convenient location. All in all, this place got the job done for a decent price

Probably stayed here close to a dozen times now. Never an issue with anything. Even had parking accommodations for a large pick up I was in on one trip. Everyrything has always been perfect. Well stocked rooms, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff, good coffee always available, and a cookie at check in.

2016. This was our third stay at this property and we have liked it each time. We have a dog, KP, traveling with us and he is welcomed. All of their pet rooms, as I understand it, are on the ground floor. The soft music playing in the parking lot/courtyard, the comfortable beds, the very tasteful and clean rooms, and attentive staff all add up to a very enjoyable time made more so by the value. Lots of eating choices are nearby. If you had to live out of a motel for an extended time this would be the place. We are always anxious to get where we're going but regret having to leave this place.
2017 Just left after a one-night stay. DS still nice but rerated from 5 to 4. Price jumped over 10% and beauty has faded slightly. Might be time to freshen up.response / report this review -

We stayed one night. It was in a good location. Near food and freeways. Room was clean. Small but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast is continental style but was good for a snack before heading up to Big Bear.
