The general location of this hotel is good but the specific location is somewhat odd. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and great to talk to. I've stayed here a few times and I will certainly stay here again in the future.

Rooms are nice, but cleaning service is not good at all. I told the front desk three days in a row that the cleaning crew had left a dirty hand towel on the shower curtain rod when the previous guest left - would they please remove it? THREE DAYS IN A ROW I ASKED!
EDIT: Ten months later, different room, different floor Guess what I found the first morning after my shower? The same thing!!! I told them first thing in the morning, and it was still there when I returned that night. Probably the last time this Platinum member will stay here.response / report this review -

Good service, my room was clean, the staff want beyond what was required to get my team fed and make us comfortable. The only compliant I have is that I received a wake up call at 5am that I did not request. Honest mistake but i was tired the rest of the day.

Christy was great during check in. Room large and clean. Lost try to head out of LA from WA. Stopped here for the night based on reviews. Glad I did. Nice room with easy access to I-10.

The hotel staff are fantastic and courteous. The location is right next to the 10 freeway making it easy to get around. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean.

I have been using this location for many years and it is always been a great place to stay. Staff is always helpful. Never had a problem with reservations. Highly recommended.

Stayed 9/8/17 through 9/10/17. Check-in was okay, but when I took the elevator to my floor and got off, I was hit by the smell of marijuana. It wasn't something I wanted my 8yo son exposed to. The next night was worse. Luckily my son was staying with my parents, his grandparents, because when my wife and I were leaving for the night we saw a car pull up into the parking lot and do a quick drug deal. When we returned to the hotel and where walking to our room a woman opened her hotel room door completely naked so she could hang the do not disturb sign. Definitely not things I wanted my son to be around. We will definitely not be staying there again.

I liked this place because of the amenities. Also their security guard made me feel completely safe. When I would get in from work usually in the early morning 2 or 3, he would be out checking the parking lot. It was nice knowing someone was out there checking on things. Also their breakfast was pretty good too. One thing I didn't like was when the second time I stayed here my room didn't have a fridge or microwave. I had to wait til the morning to get them. Also, with my room key, I can't even begin to tell you how many times my card stopped working and idk why. I'd carry my phone and card in 2 completely different places.
Other than that I have no other complaints. The rooms were nice and spacious, their tv's are awesome and most of the staff was nice and helpful.response / report this review -

Front desk receptionist Kathy is exceptional! The continental breakfast leaves a LOT to be desired. All of the ingredients are poor quality and substandard.

Courteous staff. Rooms were clean. Entire hotel is nonsmoking. Hotel staff also talked positively about Trump and complemented my Trump hat. Will stay again.

Nice choice if you need to fly out of Ontario. Nice fitness facility. There is a resturant on site that is okay at best. The hotel is up to date and does. Otherwise show the telltale lose electrical outlets.

Hotel was nice inside and out. Employees were friendly and helpful. Bar was open relatively late and had lots of choices. Didn't charge extra for parking as well. The room had a hang on the wall ac unit which wasn't quite effective as the normal units but it was adequate.
