Very clean decent location. MOST of the staff was courteous. Week rate extremely fair priced weekend is a hair pricey.

Is the worst place I've ever state people Hammering on the wall who drive or banging on I paid you money for rest all I got was a bunch of noise that when I got to the front desk some girl give me attitude like I'm bothering her and wants to move me somewhere why would I pay you Money be move somewhere else then when I got manger she was great but the front dedk girl yesmin worse ever didnt know what was going on and talked disrespectful and rude I wouldn't let my dog stay im do disappointed in this place used to do nice WON'T make this mistake again

Would not care to stay here again. Unless i had no other choice. The bed was comfy😊 thats why i gave it 2 stars

this manager pamela is a total jerk. And full of BS. would get a 5 star rating if it wasn't for her. My family and i stayed here for almost 5 days straight, and were no problem at all. but she put us on a "refuse to rent" list for some hated reason. not sure why she hated us after we paid some 300$ to their establishment. she also took our 25 dollar deposit saying we ruined their towels. But they were our own towels. the maids went into our room while we were gone, and took our towels cause they were white. So they said they were confused. Pamela said she charged us and refused to rent to us cause we cooked in the room. bu she refused to show me a sign or paperwork or anything saying it was against the rules to cook there. she basically made a rule up right on the spot. i asked her repeatidly to show me where we signed saying no cooking. she couldnt. A lot of black people rent rooms here, she takes there money cause its just business. but i can tell by her look in the eye and her actions. she has no respect for minorities nice place. been staying there since 2000. but now banned cause of this weirdo.. stay there all you want. just steer clear of the manger, shes a total racist and on a power trip. also never gave us our towels back, and charged us 25$ for them

Linda is AMAZING! I stayed here because of the close proximity to the Loma Linda VA and I was having surgery there. I told Linda this upon check-in and she teamed up w/Carmen my housekeeper to take REAL GOOD CARE OF ME! I ended up needing an extra day for recovery, and Linda jumped right on that! My only issue was with Megan in the evening when I needed extra towels. She had me walk over to the main office, with my cane and medical walking boot, to pick them up. I thought they could have been delivered? Anyhow, Linda, Carmen, the cleanliness and accessibility to the room, make me rate this a 5-star. Also, the fact that Linda worked hard to get me a bottom floor and already available room at an 1100 check-in time, due to my current disabilities, is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Come check this place out! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Not the nicest hotel, but it does the job perfectly if you are looking for a place to sleep. Easy access to the freeway, and tenants there are well behaved. The housekeeping does a good job. Only downside is the fridge does not work. I will call it in, I can't imagine it will be a big deal.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Customer service (Yasennia) horrible, room very small and horrible. Never ever again! Do not waste your time!

Good Nite Inn in Redlands is off the Alabama Exit turn right off the freeway then take the first right on to industrial park and follow the road around and it's on the left. This is a great place for families to stay. The pool is clean and so are the rooms. The office clerks are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Good Nite Inn for vacation or a weekend stay.
