Not a good experience room was dirty, mattress in bad condition. Someone had a fire in rear parking area. Fire hazard. Only had one set of towels for two people. Topping it off several cars broken into at night. Including mine. Lost my winter coat, suitcase with my clothes, several cds and first aid kit. Hotel didn't seem concerned. Not a good area.

Clean, great location. No cups ,or coffee pot. Laundry facilities. Full mini kitchen.Overall a decent place to stay.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like 3 stars is way too generous for this place. There wasn't one specific thing that was REALLY bad about this place, but a bunch of little things that were off.

We arrived at 9:30, after calling ahead to say that we would be arriving around that time, and the person at the front desk was not there and would not return until 10 due to a lunch break. We were then charged a pet fee of $25 (which in retrospect isn't a lot, but was not mention on the website).

When given our key card, the front desk help wrote the wrong number. Then when we arrived at the right room it was just okay. The wall had scratches/holes in it. The ac unit hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. It was apparent this is an old hotel that had just had paint slapped on it and BARELY been kept up. The whole atmosphere was dingy and dirty.

ALSO THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFAST. "Breakfast" was a muffin the size of a golfball and a granola bar.

Overall, things were barely clean, falsely advertised , and the staff was less than welcoming. But hey at $150 you get what you pay for (which I assumed would have been a bit more).

My grandmother stayed here from Thursday to Saturday, first they told her all rooms were sold out (despite them obviously not) so we get to the room and the reclining chair doesn't work (and weirdly enough my grandma cannot sleep in beds so sleeps in her rocker at home) but since this didn't work properly she had a very hard time, we had also brought up to staff that my grandmother is handicapped and asked for an available handicap room because of the handicap toilets as my grandma was having trouble getting in and out, they told us they did not have handicap rooms but to check again in the morning, staff made us feel like we were rude for asking for drinking cups Other than that the room was clean and nice but the chair, available rooms and staff made it sort of unpleasant.

Location is good for freeway access, next to Metrolink which is great! Service is poor rooms acceptable but could be better.

Place is not the cleanest by a long shot. The sheets had stains and when I dropped an earring and it rolled under the bed, there was trash and even a dirty spoon under there. The worst part was when my husband forgot his camera charger and we called to see if it was found we were repeatedly given the run around, saying someone would call us back and they never did. Next time I rather pay a little more and save myself the headache.

Stay away of this company. They don't respect their customers. You can reserve what you want but they'll give something different without notice and won't try to work with you to get it fix. I won't comeback.

Decent place for the price. Key card didn't work for the back door, but I also didn't try to fix the issue with the front desk so that may have been able to be resolved. The breakfast is muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal which is good but not enough to fill you up. There is only about 10 channels which most of them are news channels. There is no hair dryer in the room but can rent (for free) from the front desk. Overall it's alright and wouldn't mind staying here again.

Thin walls felt like I could hear every word of joining rooms conversations. Overall hotel needed to be cleaned. Rooms were not in great conditon and dishes available were in need of upgrade. I only stayed here out of neccesary one night and then relicated tk a much cleaner hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. Rooms are ok. Nothing fancy. You got your basics - comfortable bed, clean bathroom with the addition of a kitchenette. Full size fridge and microwave is a bonus if you are staying for longer than a night or 2. There is a sink and small stove and the hotel provides kitchen items upon request. We did not utilize the kitchen for our short stay. Grab and go breakfast is also nice and provided with your stay. Wish there was more than one elevator. There are rooms that are really far away. Parking is convenient to entries around the perimeter and stairs are not steep and actually not difficult but if you have knee issues and are carrying heavy items (filled cooler, sleeping child, etc.), The walk to the room can be a long one from the one elevator in the lobby.

Professional staff. Overall clean, neat campus. Rooms had some minor plumbing issues, leaks. Nonetheless, comfortable and would stay again.

I mean for the price it was okay I guess. HOW EVER, I could not bring myself to stay a night in this room. First issue was the multiple foul smells emanating from the other rooms in the hallway. After that, entering the room seemed nice at first, until we found a pizza in the fridge left by a previous hotel guest. THEN we found multiple cigarette burns in the blankets in a non smoking room. The final straw was the gross sticky carpet. We ended up switching hotels before we actually stayed the night there. Would not stay again unless I was absolutely desperate.

Stayed here with a friend that made the reservation. We'd been here before but this time was a lot better. The female manager is a lot better than the guy that was here about a month ago. He was rude and not attentive. The manger molly is nice and took care of what we needed. Andrew is also awesome he helped us when molly wasn't there. Thanks for the help!
