Decided to book a room for me and my bfs anniversary. Online price said 79$ then the front desk lady said was 89$. Was a little annoyed, then got even more annoyed when after tax was a hundred dollar room.
We had a lot of fun though and the room was pretty nice. :)response / report this review -

Checked in and checked right back out! Don't let it fool you because its brea. Almost stepped in dog poo when I got out my car and seen a drug transaction going on. Poor management very dirty.

Dirtiest extended stay I have ever booked. Filthy floors. Disgusting smell in bathroom. Smells like raw sewage. Mold in shower drain. My feet are dirty when I walk on the carpet. Yuck. Stayed here a week. Worst week of my life.

This place was clean. It was in a quiet area and want to bad of a drive from Disneyland, considering the traffic. The only bad thing was the AC/heating unit didn't have a timer it thermostat, so you set it to high or low, then you have to leave it on all night. There was a kitchenette in my room with a big refrigerator, half a stove top, cabinets and a table. There wasn't free breakfast (since you can cook in your room), but there was coffee and oatmeal in the lobby. There is a Togo's, Baskin Robbins, and Starbucks within walking distance.

Havn some issues and will speak to the manager to see if we can have a cleaner and sanitary sleeping quarters. This place is nothing like LaMirada Extended stay. Cleanliness is next to Godliness so this must be close to hell. ( this particular room anyway)

Never would I stay there again it's been a while since I've been there and I always have wanted to post something . I stayed there a week because I had family around orange county to visit I thought having my own space my own room would be more convenient for me.two of the nights I stayed there I was awoken by a faulty fire alarm. There was nobody on call so I opened my door thinking I needed to evacuate my room turned out it was just a faults alarm my room smelled like a cheap hotel a musty smell it was not clean and it was not comfortable I would not recommend anybody to stay there I ended up leaving a day early to go home and during the day and most evenings I was never there don't waste your money people!!

This is an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. But the hotel is pretty rundown. The rooms are tiny, and the kitchen doesn't have any kitchenware. Breakfast is a muffin or oatmeal. If you just want a place to sleep in a great area, this is for you. But don't expect much else.

First of all customer service is the best. their polite and very helpful I stayed there for a whole week my family and I had a peaceful week plus everything is Soo clean we didn't see and kind of bugs thank God I would really recommend this place to stay for any of your trips😀😀

Stayed 7 days and did not get service during my visit. Ok if you like privacy and willing to go to the front desk for towels and TP. The carpet was gettng cleaned so you should have a reasonably clean, comfortable room. No continental breakfast but with a fridge and stove top, you can cook. There are many places to shop and eat nearby, including a walmart.

Where to begin? First of all, they only had one poor soul working the front desk. There were five people, including myself, waiting in line. I booked a non smoking room on Priceline and was told by the guy at the front desk that it was non smoking. After filling out their ridiculous registration slip which consisted of everything except a DNA test, we went up to our room to find out it was a SMOKING room. Back down to the lobby I went and had to wait in a long line yet again to talk to someone. By now another employee named Chris was there to help at the desk. I told him my issue and he tried to lie to me by saying the room was booked by Priceline as smoking. It was not and I even showed him my confirmation stating as much. He told me he was out of non smoking rooms and I'd have to contact Priceline. I did and was of course informed by the woman that it was indeed supposed to be non smoking. After she contacted the hotel they both informed me that all they could do was issue me a refund, which they did. The thing that got to me was during this time, there were also two other guests going through the EXACT same issue as I was. It seems as if this is a common practice at this hotel. If I could give them any less than one star I would, but fortunately for them I cannot.

Great value. Huge room with little kitchenette in pet friendly condo/motel. Comfortable bed and very quiet.

Horrible place to stay! My daughter was looking for a pen to draw and reached into a draw only to be greeted with slime of some sort! Management did nothing to clean it up! Sheets had burn holes and bathroom had cigarette burns all over the counter. Dry rot all over and mold as well! Room 138 is the room from Hell! STAY away!!!!!!!!!!!!! They comp me 1 night only although I paid for two. I had to call Hotwire to get my full refund! DONT BOOK!!!!!!

The staff here was very helpful. They were available to fulfill all of our requests in a timely manner. I saw the front desk employee patiently explain options to an international traveller who was a little confused about her room choice. He helped her make the best decision for her and her party. They were also available after hours to help us get into our room when we accidentally locked ourselves out! Thanks for a great stay!
