Friendly staff, great breakfast. Amazing cinnamon rolls btw! Room was clean and they even called us to ask if we wanted more towel after our first night. Thanks for everything!!

Complementary breakfast, hot tub and heated pool to ourselves, friendly staff. Fun Mexican food restaurant next door so not far to walk for supper. Hotel was extremely clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean hotel, pool was a nice treat and the breakfast is BRILLIANT! They'll even give you a to go bag if you like :) overall we loved this hotel and would absolutely go back! :)

We booked a king room and when we showed up the room had 2 queens and was musty. The receptionist called a few minutes later and said they had a king room available and she would come and move us over. She then moved us to a room with 1 queen bed we asked why we moved from 2 queens to 1 queen she said oh sorry my mistake the boiler went out and we have no hot water in the rooms with king beds so if you want I can move you to a room with a king bed you just can't take a hot shower?? We cancelled and went to the Marriott which is way nicer. It's my wife's Birthday and we planned on going out to a nice restaurant but by the time we got this mess squared away it's too late. Super dissatisfied with this place. Pay the extra $20 and book another place.

Welcoming and friendly staff, clean hotel, reasonably priced, excellent breakfast, and the location is superb for Newport excursions. Well done, my peeps.

I had booked two rooms with two queen beds in each room very early from my planned visit. They called me and told me that I no longer have those two queen rooms because of an event happening. Glad to see they care more about large corporations with a lot of money rather than their own customers.

This is on a busy road, right in the middle of everything. We were there a few days prior to July 4. The closer to the holiday we got, the more of a spring break feel it had. The hotel staff warned every room to keep it quiet and it mostly was.

We can't wait to come back. Great location on Nob Hill. Great views. Right on the California Cable car so easy to get to. Staff goes out of their way to do a much as possible to make sure your stay is wonderful. From the moment you arrive they are there to assit and do it with a smile.

The hotel is in an older part of the beach. The rooms looked older but were probably modernized. There were only two floors. The room was decent without any issues. The breakfast was very good, with most typical things you can get at an Express hotel. Parking could be an issue when the hotel was busy but we always managed to find a spot.
