Spacious rooms. Beautiful hotel. Great area, many Cafe's around, walking distance. Highly Recommend.

The service in the restaurant was excellent and the bartender was very professional. I did not expect much from a hotel restaurant on a weeknight and was wowed by the fantastic food. I will go back just for the Mac and Blue Cheese!

Personnel were rude. They didn't grant me the room that I had chosen when I booked. No complementary breakfast and no kitchenette in room even though it says it on the hotel amenities. The hotel needs to be redecorated ASAP because it literally reminds me of The Shinning's hotel. On the other hand, the cleaning ladies were a sweetheart and they do their job. Even though it looks classy on the lobby don't let them fool you.

Love the the new ownership! Very posh; upscale yet reasonable. Love the quaint dining bar in the entrance. Great place for any type of reception. Staffing is wonderful!

Gloria, my wife died one week after this hotel evicted her on a Friday night, even though the room was paid for. Troy Sims, the current manager, had her embarrassingly and loudly removed The fact that she was recovering from two surgeries and extreme blood loss did not matter to him. This man treated her, a person who worked, lived, and supported uptown Whittier, like she was a homeless person. She had already spent $6000 there, so much for customer loyalty programs. What was once a nice hotel is now a quick way to hell. Mr Sims will take you there personally.

Overall experience here was okay. I couldn't get over the fact that the rooms carpets were pretty dirty. I couldn't walk around bare foot without my feet becoming dirty. The service was great but compared to the cleanliness of the rooms makes it not worth returning. The price is too high for the rooms not clean and maintained thoroughly. Could use a bit of improvement.

I stayed one night at the Radisson Hotel. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable and it was in a convenient location. This hotel had a nice swimming pool eventhough I didn't utilize it. This hotel also had a bar, Convention Center, and a restaurant.
Though it had many amenities, I felt like the room was simple for the amount of money I paid for it. The room did not come with a mini fridge or a microwave. But overall it was a nice room and I would recommend it to othersresponse / report this review
