Staff are very friendly and will do everything in their power to assist.
Free breakfast is a plus and it has a wide selection of western and Chinese food. The breakfast area is always 80-90% full but staff refill promptly. Even near closing time (9am), they are still refilling food.
Great location in terms of easy access to highway and many good restaurants near by in walking distance. Having that said, it's also a downside to be situated next to the highway and railway. Very noisy.
It's definitely an old property with poor water pressure. Walls are paper thin and door has huge gap against the floor.
If you need a good night sleep, please find yourself another location.response / report this review -

Ben, Stan, Jim & Ki of the Best Western Plus Executive Inn, of Rowland Heights, CA - are the very best of the best when it gets to providing excellent customer related services.
The hotel itself - sets a high standard in regards to its' employees and the rooms are always clean and smoke free.
I personally highly recommend, if you are planning on being in the Rowland Heights, CA area spend a few nights there

Nice hotel, with pretty good room quality. The usual things were provided, including common personal care products. It's located in a very Asian area right next to the highway, so the hotel service and nearby stores reflect that. It has options for Asian and Western breakfast, and the surrounding businesses include of a Ranch 99 and a hot pot restaurant, among others. It satisfied our needs for this trip and I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great experience from check in to check out .
Front office clerk was very helpful, friendly, polite,courteous, very informative.
Our room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, amenities were great!
We had wonderful breakfast before we left.

Definitely the best and only place to stay in Rowland Heights!!! The staff is professional, friendly and helpful, even when I check in at 10PM:) The rooms are very clean, and the beds are absolutely comfortable. The showers are awesome with great water pressure, and granite counter tops. I feel great about staying at the Best Western Executive Inn, and the breakfast in the mornings is fresh and filling, so when I come visit, I know I'm getting my money's worth at this hotel.

We stayed in a first-floor handicap room. The room was very clean H a HUGE bathroom. With the A/C on, we couldn't here any of the traffic on the north side. They have an American and an Asian breakfast though they were almost the same and pretty good.

The first handicapped room's air conditioning did not work. One of the staff members went out of his way to give me an upgrade room on the other side of building. The shower had a leakage problem in this room. After reporting it, it was taken care of. I'm surprised that this was not reported by the previous occupants.

This place is a nice place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised because its near stores and other retail stores on how nice it would be. They have motion powered lights, so ask the front desk how to deactivate the motion powered sensor at night, they are very sensitive and next thing you know it, you will be blinded by all the sudden light. The breakfast was good, staff was super nice, and the room where clean and comfortable. Recommend for anyone who needs a place to stay
