First, let me state the staff is very nice!
The room for a budget hotel is ok
hardwood floors were not dirty but dusty maybe
elevator was out of order
The room was a non-smoking room that had a very strong smell of smoke
(front desk staff did ask if we wanted to move--to tired and a toddler that was already cranky)
Bed, lets just say, yes there were two beds in the room
room size very small and night stand was right next to both beds with no space, so you could roll over and the night stand could become part of the bed
The staff would be the only reason I would ever stay at this hotel again and since I also have to think about the room, I would not stay here again
To the staff thank you for all you did to try and make the night stay good!
It was very relaxing! Definitely liked the remodeled Motel 6 here. It was actually very cool. Three levels and Starbucks along with Yogurt Land in the same plaza! Almost everything is in walking distance. It's just in a great location overall. We enjoyed our stay!
Upon arrival the front of the hotel near the lobby looks nice. Once you drive around the back to park and go to your room it's a whole other story. Trash everywhere, drug addicts walking around, and run down looking. After going to our room, within a few minutes we killed a cockroach. People were running up and down the stairs all night. The people in the room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night. We noticed there was not a do not disturb sign, so we went to the lobby and we're told they don't offer do not disturb signs but they would make a note so the housekeepers didn't go into our room. When we got back to the hotel the next evening we realized housekeeping had gone into our room anyways. Then the banging from upstairs continued all night again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we will never stay there again.
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and cozy. The maid service was exceptional. Great WIFI and Television channels with cable. I can't wait to stay at Motel 6 again.
I loved my stay there the staff is top notch the maid's do there job awesome thanks again Roxanna. The office people really helped us out the ones who stood out are Tammy, Alondra and Calvin good luck with your new job sir your going to do great!!!!!!! We look forward to going back in mid December
No free wifi. That is stupid if you ask me. Parking is good. Tiny room. Good shower head. Various food options right next door. Good location. Sketchy people hanging out around ice machine but sketchy security guard too. Like weird vibe from that guy how does that happen? Probably not staying here again was not totally feeling it
Worst place ever first, my family and I traveled from Arizona to California and went to check in our room only to find out our room was not ready. Our itinerary said check in was 3pm and we arrived at 430pm. The counter person just shrugged her shoulders and apologized but wasn’t sincere at all. She tried calling her housekeeper and was unsuccessful. We were told housekeeping was on a lunch break. I tried calling other hotels while waiting for our room to be finished only to find out everything in the area was booked solid which forced us to wait. My husband is a disabled veteran which was noted when booking the room. They tried to put me on a second story room which was not going to work due to our wheelchair needs. She told us a handicap room was not available and put us in another room located on the first floor but was not handicap equipped. My husband was very humiliated due to the fact we had to remove him from his chair at the door and carried inside the rom. Other people were around and witnessed this which was upsetting. Now for the roomsheets were dirty with hair strands and I had to flag down housekeeping and ask for clean sheets. Room smelled of mold and had cigarette burns all over the room (supposed to be a non smoking room) loud noise all night it appeared as if people were living there on a regular. I’m not sure how a place like this stays in business and you should be sued for false advertisement due to the website showing a complete different place. My sister works for the attorney generals office and I will be filling a formal complaint due to the treatment of a disabled veteran who was treated like trash and disrespect.
The room we stayed in was small. The towels were clean, as we're the sheets and pillow cases, but the bed cover looked stained or dingy. I didn't want to touch the bed cover without clothing or some barrier because it just didn't look clean. The sink and shower areas appeared clean. The television and cable worked. The problem that I had with this place was that there were people all over the building. Some were smoking pot and hanging around outside of the pool area. There were also people yelling early in the morning. On a positive note, there is a Starbucks that you can walk to across the parking lot and the employees were helpful and friendly.
one of the 2 worst places I have ever stayed. I was there about 10 years ago and it was great.. the night stand was filthy.. and people and 1 wash cloth and i hand towel. I called and asked it be cleaned and no towels ever came. Lowlife people outside let me know it looks like a hooker dive.. and nasty.i referred people there a few years ago and it was nice. IT HAS TAKEN A MAJOR DIVEMANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!!!!!! POORVERY DESPICABLE/FILTH..DIDN'T WANT TO PUT MY FEET ON THE FLOOR AND EXPECTED BEDBUGS. RATING DOES NOT GO LOW ENOUGH
The motel was clean and the beds were quite comfortable; however, when my family and I arrived at three o'clock the rooms weren't ready. I called to make a reservation and was told the two rooms would be ready at three. We had to wait almost an hour before it was ready so that we could access the room and eat our lunch we had packed for Disneyland. The receptionist kept telling us neither of the two rooms we had reserved were ready. It wasn't until the housekeeping lady overheard and said she would quickly clean the rooms. We received one and half an hour later the other one. The housekeeping lady was very kind and I am glad she was there to help.
I came in Tuesday night and Daisy greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcomed. I have never stayed at a motel before and she made this process very easy, explained everything that I needed to know, and was very nice. I will definitely come back for future stays. Thanks Daisy!
The rooms were clean and the staff friendly enough however the rooms smelled of smoke even though they were non smoking. We had 2 rooms and had to change one room. The other room smelled like cigarettes as well but those staying in the room didn't mind. People are allowed to smoke outside their rooms where the ac units are so whatever they are smoking goes into your room! I do mean whatever. There were a few maintenance issues such as a loose toilet seat and an electrical outlet that wasn't working. These issues were fixed very quickly by maintenance. They need to implement a non-smoking policy that covers the entire wing so the rooms are not contaminated. I'd be embarrassed to recommend this hotel for this reason.
We enjoyed out stay at the Motel 6. But there are a few things that we did not care for. One for the price that we paid and the number of days we were staying, we were expecting at least a mini fridge in our room. There were 3 of us in our room for 2 nights. There were only 2 towels for us for the entire time we were there. There was a flyer on the nightstand that said we not not get fresh towels everyday. I think that is wrong especially since there is a pool. We had to go out and buy towels. Secondly. There was only one outlet in the room. very inconvenient. We stayed in a non smoking room yet our blankets had cigarette burns on them. I hate to complain but considering we paid $200 to a well known chain motel. We spent 3 days at a hotel in Anaheim 1 block from Disneyland in January, paid $55 more and had a huge room with a mini fridge and microwave, 2 queen size beds and fresh linens and towels everyday. I really think you should evaluate some of your motels. If you have guests staying more that a day, you should put them in a room with a mini fridge.
Amazing staff. A manager . Who really cares about her facility and make sure that all of her guests are happy and accommodated. The friendliest staff and most helpful staff I have ever run into in a motel and the Motel itself is very well kept the rooms are great ,clean ,and the maid service staff is amazing friendly and willing to give extra towels with no questions asked (which doesn't sound like it should be a problem ever but trust me it's a major problem at any Motel I've ever stayed at ) a beautiful facility all around
It is way to much money for.all the.rooms here, this motel needs to know most people can't pay 95.00 for the weekend.and.65.00 during the.week.so please think about.change.the.price. And the washer wasn't working of only.two washers with 400 rooms? The women in the.office.were the.best so.helpful and nice. The room was clean ,and the.outside looked great. The shower wasn't working that great ,you had to bend to get water on your body and hair and I am only 5"4 and the.water didn't come.out.but a little at a time please fix this if you can.
