Staff and room were good. There was a loud banging of what sounded like a trash dumpster at 6:15 AM. Woke me up. That was disappointing.

Checked in late, came into town for father-in-laws funeral, staff was friendly welcoming helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Excellent experience, will definitely stay again when traveling Thank you.

The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed me a great night's rest. Breakfast bar was well stocked and the staff was very friendly.

Stopped by here and stayed a couple of days to visit family.
Hotel was clean, Staff was very friendly and accommodating, Charlotte Ard was absolutely the best to work with. She personally assisted me and my family on our stay and made it a overall great experience.

The location is kind of isolated from the city. The rooms are very nice and clean. The service has been very professional and courteous.

Very nice and clean, nearly new building with a great location only a few minutes from historic downtown Jonesburrogh, and the Tri Cities airport. The rooms were really nice, we stayed for several days and though the hotel was full, it was quiet and the staff was very helpful for anything we needed. The included breakfast was very good each morning and they even had some easy things to take and run when we had to be somewhere early. The only downside was that the parking fills up fast in the evenings, so once or twice we had to park further out, but still it wasn't too bad for the number of people staying there. We're glad we found this place, we'll stay again for sure.
