The hotel is very nice and clean. I stayed in a suite and everything was as. I've as possible. The beds are very comfortable and it was a fantastic place to stay. Plus there is breakfast

The room was large and well-appointed--lots of plugs and charging ports. Breakfast had a good selection, including fruit. The lobby was under renovation, but there was no inconvenience.

Recently renovated the rooms are modern yet comfortable. Aside from paint fumes from the recent work, the rooms were fantastic. The breakfast is on par with Holiday Inn standards and the Cinnamon Rolls were amazing as always.

Very comfy bed and clean rooms. The hotel was very clean overall. The rooms are kept updated. The pool is nice and the breakfast is above standard with a great variety. Also a great location in a quiet area, not right next to busy express ways

I absolutely loved this place! The staff wad incredibly friendly & accommodating. They had information at the front desk will th ideas of what to do around town that was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable! They had keurig machines in the rooms with plenty of coffee and made sure to let me know if I forgot anything they'd try to replace it. I highly recommend this place!

The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, the staff is nice enough, the breakfast is quite goos, though I like a nice fresh fruit salad myself instead of apples, oranges and bananas (it is hard to get them at ideal freshness at a Continental breakfast). The rooms are much bigger than the staff suggested when I called to inquire. We were here for a huge event in town and that didn't seem to upset the flow of business as usual at the hotel at all. We had a view of the Eastman Chemical factory, but there are pretty hills behind that, and the sunset from the parking lot wad fantastic. Pool is small, but warm and clean. Workout room is a bit tight, but nicely equipped. I wish they had local news on instead of what was on at breakfast, as it made it hard to keep an appetite. Maybe that was intentional :-D. If we had another event in the area, I would certainly consider staying here again. Even though they have some neat things going on in Kingsport, I would not likely return otherwise.

Clean and mostly quiet. Great Housekeeping. Small fitness area but it was nice to jog a .6 loop around the hotel.

The hotel was clean conmfortable. I arrived late in the evening and wanted to leave early the next morning. So having the receipt put under my door over night and not having to check out was going to speed things up in the morning. Unfortunately the team didn't deliver the receipt to my room as they said they would. Not a real hardship, but if you say you will do something I expect it to be done. Other than that the breakfast was a typical hotel Continental breakfast. Received a nice upgrade of my room upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise.

This place is awful! Rude and extremely unprofessional staff. They do not have it listed anywhere, but they are doing remodels. They start at 6 AM!!!! It is loud, you can't sleep and things are falling apart and half fixed. The breakfast area is unclean and not maintained very well. There are rules in place to keep the kitchen area sanitary and they are not followed. Coffee pots are not cleaned, food is never rotated, and the list could keep going. I would suggest passing this place up in favor for the next.

Ernest was our savior!!! We drove in from Texas and were on the road for over 14 hours. We got into town and didn't know there was a huge football game in town. EVERY hotel was literally booked. Ernest took us in!!!! He gave us a warm breakfast and extra blankets. Thank God for Ernest!! The morning staff was so nice as well. We are so thankful for the hospitality of Holiday Inn Express!!
