We wanted to say thank you to Crystal Phillips and the entire Carnegie staff. We hosted our employee appreciation dinner on 12/16/17 in the main ball room and Wilder Room at the Carnegie. The food was absolutely amazing and the venue was beautiful. Thanks, again, to the Carnegie and the great staff for helping make this an unforgettable night.

Officially the nicest hotel I've ever been to! Located directly across from ETSU. The beds were super soft and the rooms were big and clean. I loved it and will definitely be going back!

Absolutely stunning old school rooms, high ceilings, sleigh beds, and a huge bathroom with his & her sinks. Shower & sperate bathtub. The staff was super friendly and the room was extremely clean. I would absolutely stay here again given the chance. There is an attached spa and restaurant, and plenty of parking.

I like this place and it's my 2 nd time back. This place may seem a bit old fashion with charm, but clean! Rooms are spacious with a decent restaurant attached. If you like big bathrooms, check out my pics!

I went for breakfast, and had the Southern Eggs Benedict. The food was amazing, and the wait staff was attentive, and not obnoxious. The food was priced very well. The dining area is very beautiful. I love this place and would give six stars if I could. I will be coming back.

Very nice hotel, rooms are big and comfortable, well cooled, and have everything you need including comfy beds. We had a room with an adjoining door, and it was easy to hear a normal conversation (the 1 drawback) from that next room. Hotel bar was very nice, especially if you are a whiskey affecianado. Good local craft beers as well. Great food at the restaurant too, and reasonably priced. We will stay again!

Love, love, love this hotel and staff! I do not have a single complaint, except that I ca not stay there more often. Large open rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds, feels about as close to home as you can get on the road. The Wellingtons restaurant on site is wonderful as well. Although I do not drink the bar appears to be very well stocked. Great place to stay, I highly recommend it!

Historic building that is clean. The people are amazingly nice and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in for a hotel. The pillows are also great. If you stay in Johnson city, stay here.

I have stayed at the Carnegie several times and always enjoy the experience. The service is great, and the rooms are large and clean. The hotel and its decor are beautiful. The Carnegie will always be my first choice when staying in Johnson City.

Just spent a 4 day weekend visiting my daughter that attends ETSU (across the street). Very pleasant at check in. Room was clean and good size, including bathroom. Had a 3 great nights of sleep, beds very comfortable and it is easy to make the rooms as dark as you like
for the best sleep. Had a wonderful steak dinner at the Wellington which is in the Hotel. Do not miss the breakfast it is good and affordable with no waiting. The staff was all smiles for the entire stay with a yes attitude.
    Absolutely will be back.

We enjoyed one of the romance packages. First, we had massages at the spa. The ambiance at the spa was perfect and the massages were great. Then, we had drinks and dinner at the bar in Wellington's. The bartender was great with the drink selections. The rooms were very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on.
