The rooms were very clean. We arrived when it was very cold, and the room was warm and waiting for us. The front staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. We travel quite a bit and will definitely be frequenting this hotel more. Also, they offer a military discount.

    Horrible experience.
Dirty, those towels look like the towels I use to clean the floor of my house.
I couldn't sleep all my body was itching I don't know
What it was. I just know that this night was my first and last time sleeping at the place

There were no towels in my room on the first night. I dried off with the shower curtain. The room was large. The bed squaked and sould have replace a long time ago. I was thankful for the coffee in the room. The internet was fast enough. The breakfast was simple and good. Make yourself a waffle. Not bad for the price.

I had an amazing stay here on the 2nd of July. The hotel was great, the rooms are being renovated so most are Brand new, and it is reasonably priced. I would stay again anytime, it is really a great place.

Thought place was a dump when arrived. Chipped paint, tons of potholes, I've machine outside was broken. Went inside to find very friendly staff and a mostly updated room. HdTV with tons of channels. Free WiFi. Microwave and fridge we're a surprise. Got hotel through hotwire so it was $40 a night. Great central location.

Actually cleaner and more comfortable than its two star rating would indicate. Hardwood floors attractive beds hot water. Close to the highway

I am only leaving one star because the option to leave zero is unavailable. A group of friends and I are on our way to a music festival in Manchester from Northern Maryland. Before I even made the reservation I called the hotel's front desk to ensure an arrival time between 1 and 2 am was acceptable.
I also called a day before our arrival to once again confirm our arrival time. Skip to Wednesday morning around 1:18- we arrive at the hotel after driving around 8 hours. We tried every way of contacting the clerk who was supppsed to be available to check us in. After 30-40 minutes of waiting we decided to leave a note and head to the next hotel we could find with open rooms.

I am beyond frustrated. The lack of professionalism is beyond comprehension. We will be returning in the morning to receive a reimbursement of the money we paid a week ago.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Great location in reference as to why we were staying, the Short Track US Nationals. Room was clean and well maintained.

For the price it's not bad. Stay here every year on my way to a business event, and it's just a place to sleep. It's under new management from last year though. The room was updated since my last visit, but the bathroom fan cover was missing and the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't that great. We also found old Taco Bell food in the microwave. Again, for the price of the room, it was ok.

Nice hotel just not close to anything. Its priced right for a stay. Rooms are clean but the wood floors have a residue from the cleaning stuff that makes it slipery and it gets on your feet. Basic breakfast included down next to the office
