Check-in was fast but the clerk didn't acknowledge my rewards status. The bed was fairly comfortable but the room was in need of maintenance evidenced by large rips in the carpet. The bathroom was large. I ate at the attached restaurant and it was very good. I will stay there again when I travel for business because of its convenient location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made my stay as comfortable as possible. I travel a lot for work and they really made me feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms in this hotel. They are spacious and fairly clean. The bed left a lot to be desired and I had a backache when I left because of it. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was helpful and very nice.

They are renovating the hotel, great value for the amount of the room. Bed is comfy but pillows are half the size of a normal and not comfy at all. Good breakfast and hotel is near a lot of food options. Front desk staff was very corteous and friendly.

Convenient location, good breakfast, reasonable rate. Carpet not vacuumed on arrival. Voice from adjoining room heard through vent in bathroom was so clear, at first I thought there was someone else in my room! When I realized there was not, I was disappointed. I was lonely! I could also smell cigarette smoke from adjoining room coming through the same vent.

This Best Western was in a great location in the midst of several dining and shopping spots. Very quiet and peaceful with an above average continental breakfast – we enjoyed the spot so much we stayed a second night. The staff was extremely kind and legitimately concerned that we were having a good stay. Awesome massive outdoor pool and a killer Chinese/Thai restaurant & bar that I ate at twice in one day. Our rooms were in good repair and room service was eager to make sure we had what we needed. We’ll be back. A+

My friends and I took a random trip, the staff was very accommodating!! They let me barrow a wine opener! Plus, when I was driving my 3 hour drive to GA, half way I realized I had left my laptop in the room. I walked up to the front desk and they already had it waiting for me upfront. I've never stayed in a best western but I will again most likely. The rooms were descent and the hotel is connected to a Thai place, which is my favorite food! 100% recommended.

This Best Western has some of the friendliest and most helpful people working for it. The breakfast in the morning is delicious (I recommend the Passion Orange Guava), the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is clean with a nice showerhead.

There was one problem I had this year: When I called ahead to confirm my reservation, the first clerk I talked to made it sound as if my reservation had been lost, and that I would have to get a better, more expensive room, after the first day. Frustrated, I hung up (as politely as I could) and called back the next day. Apparently, my reservation was there. I believe he misunderstood my intentions.

Stayed in this hotel twice in 2 weeks. It was clean, comfortable and safe. Pool looked pitiful, but it had not been opened for the year. The first bed was more comfortable than the second, but still acceptable. Breakfast was very good and the woman running the breakfast room was very helpful and willing to please. Check in staff was helpful and cheerful.

Although this hotel would not have been my first selection, we were assigned this hotel through the travel tournament committee. I have to say that I was impressed. The price negotiated was excellent. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was varied, but typical of what we have come to find in many hotels - warm sausage, eggs, gravy, pancakes, danish, coffee (of course) although there was no decaf, toast, yogurt -etc. The remodel on the hotel was very nice. The complementary internet service worked well. I would stay here again.

I have been a guest of this Best Western many time and I will say that I have yet to be disappointed. I found the rooms to be clean and well taken care of. The staff has always been friendly. Any events I have been to here were a great experience in part to how well the staff has been accommodating. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

Location is very good, being close to restaurants and other businesses. The reception area and front building are up to present day design and appearance. Rooms have newer beds, but need painting and upgrade to match lobby area. They were pressure washing sidewalks and walk areas during stay, even close to customers vehicles. Sand and standing water everywhere. Rooms in back-3 floors-are half a football field from the lobby. Overall this hotel was below average compared to the other Bestwesterns I have stayed at.
