Very nice hotel! Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Good location. Great stay there!

Hotel was nice, quiet, & clean. Great location. Very friendly staff. I liked it as it is a bit off the action of the river walk, and thus quiet. Only 10 min walk all along the river, to heart of river walk, so location is perfect.

The location was ideal for our girls weekend at the River walk. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was small and the door would hit the toilet when closing. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast in the morning was a nice treat.

I would have given 5, but the beds were not all that comfortable. Call me particular if you like, you don't have my back, lol!! The staff were awesome, the guests were awesome, at least the ones I spoke with. Right off the river walk which was beautiful. Just a 15 min walk to most attractions. 😀

Good location, nice breakfast option included, and overall adequate amenities at the hotel. My complaints would be regarding distribution of the room itself, we requested a double room for 4 adults and a baby and got Full size beds, the bathroom area is also very small so much that you cannot open or close the door if sitting in the restroom. Parking was also $15 additional per night which was not clearly stated in the website. This place has the potential to be so much better if these issues were taken care of

It was a beautiful hotel. I had a wonderful time. Service was good. The complementary breakfast was good. Location was located on river walk and reasonably priced.

I loved the room with a view of the river walk. The only thing I didn't like was that they were charging me $15.00 a night for parking. The breakfast was also really good.

Great place to stay. We stayed here for Fiesta, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and there is plenty of parking and the pool area was clean. About a 10min walk to the riverwalk.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

The amenities were nice. The workers were very helpful and nice. I would stay here again. The river walk is right behind which was very cool. The breakfast was delicious.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Free continental breakfast buffet is very satisfying and delicious. They actually have cooks who make hot breakfasts. Rooms are spacious! Five of us were able to comfortably stay in a 2 bed + 1 pull out couch.
