It's a 4 because my room was beautiful and big. Very clean. The only thing that can use some work are the COOKS. The complementary breakfast was garbage. I literally threw that breakfast up 10 mins after I finished the food. I don't know what eggs they used but they did not use regular eggs. Powder eggs maybe? But they were not the regular eggs so just stay in bed until check out. The breakfast is worth missing out on.

This hotel is amazing! The best part about it also is the staff, especially Clayton, he was very helpful with all that my family needed during our stay. We will definitely come back to your hotel and would also request him for help. He made our stay smooth, awesome, and memorable because the quality of service was outstanding. Thanks Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central location for an A++++ stay.

Called and booked a room, was told shuttle will be provided. Got there and was told shuttle is not running, ask why it wasn't stated during the phone call, the guy there finally said for us to get our own taxi and give them the receipt and they'll adjust our bill when we check out. Going through so much already and that's just another hassel we don't have time for. Asked for a room not too far from the elevator because of up coming surgery, got a room in the far back. Ladies at the counter wasn't friendly. Didn't smile or give good customer service seems like they hated their job. Breakfast was okay, not much variety but glad they provided it. Will not stay here next time when there so much more hotel near by that probably have better customer service.

Got In late one night, had a slightly longer than average wait time to get a room booked of trivago, but got a great price and found the rooms clean and comfortable! Overall very pleased with setup and had free breakfast before heading out. For the right price this place is worth it if you want to stay in comfort.

Fast and friendly check in. Comfortable, well laid out, clean room. Bed and pillows were good. Small but adequate bathroom. Quiet AC but some road and hallway noise. Good value for the area. Breakfast worse than average hotel - many offerings were used up so very limited choice.

I was really surprised at how nice this hotel was, for the price. We had a 2 double bed room and the couch pulled out as well. The room was huge, with a desk, fridge and bar area. The beds were comfy and there were tons of feather pillows. The staff was super nice, and although I didn't eat breakfast, it looked delicious. Highly recommend!

We asked for a nice, quiet room, so they put us at the end of the hall, as far from the elevators as possible. Right next to the ice machine. Not so quiet. We asked specifically if there would be bacon at the breakfast, and after checking the menu, they said yes No bacon. Oatmeal was undercooked too.

Location is very nice and easy to get to. The AC unit is rather loud in a way that sounds like it needs maintenance. Bathroom is also very small and there could be privacy issued with multiple guests in one room. Overall the breakfast is very nice and the bed/pillows are some of the better ones out of the hotels I have been to. Staff is also very nice and helpful.

My family and I have stayed at a lot hotels through out the U.S.The Hyatt Place is cost efficient and kid friendly, the room was clean, breakfast was good, night customer service was excellent, however, day staff not as friendly but we will stay again not time we're in town.

First time the girlfriend and I visited Dallas Texas for a weekend getaway.. got greeted by the manager Mark and felt very welcomed to the state. While having afternoon cocktails he was very nice to recommend places for us to have date night. Mark greeted us every time we passed through the lobby and asked how our day was going. We would definitely stay at the Hyatt again on our next trip to Dallas.

Not the location we thought we requested. Smelled funny. Tight restroom. $2.25 for a 12 oz water. View is not good let alone great. Nice for a lay over or quick place to rest, but for a romantic weekend not so much. Nice staff.
