Restaurant closed on Thanksgiving and none within miles. If the reservation clerk had mentioned it when we booked earlier in the day we would have selected another hotel. So much for being a competent innkeeper. Don't bother to feed your guests. No TV listing in room or sufficient shampoo. These are small things but critical for guests. I do not recommend this property.

Check in process was fast and courteous. Standard amenities from holiday inn. Room smells musty. Bed comfortable. Good WIFI signals throughout the hotel. Smart design roll out work desk/ dining table in the room. Free parking.

The whole atmosphere is very warning as soon as you walk in there is this amazing fountain. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! My bed and pillows were so soft it felt like I was sleeping on clouds. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is impressive with a large water fountain. There is a better than average gym, pool, and hot tub. The downside is that it is older and if you don't have a car there is nothing around within walking distance to eat or shop. The rooms occasionally smell of smoke or other.

The rooms were good and the convention center space and board rooms available were great to use. The service from the staff was great as well. The amenities were accessible and nice to is as well. My only complaint is the ants. I had a few ants in the room and while out and about in the public spaces.

The hotel is nice and modern rooms, the shuttle is on time. The only issue is that it's not near the city so unless you have vehicle transportation you will be limited. There is a rally and a gas station next door for some snacks however. Overall a nice stay

Very nice check in process. Nice room with comfortable beds. However, I did the park n ride, to park the car while I flew out of the airport. When I arrived back it was suppose to be no problem to get a ride back to the hotel to get the car. I first made the phone call at 6:04 p.m. and was instructed where to stand and it would be 15 minutes. Well, 25 minutes later, I was still waiting. I called again for a ride. Waited approximately 15 more minutes and had to call again. The 3rd phone call the front desk clerk doubted how long I had been waiting and was very rude to me. I will not be be staying at this location ever again. There are so many hotels by the airport to choose from.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Clean rooms, decent wifi, and a reliable airport shuttle. Nothing extravagant, but nothing awful either. A solid value.

Attended for a work conference/training. Very clean, nice facilities. Great food was provided for lunch. They kept coffee and soft drinks stocked for us throughout the day. Great experience.

Hotel was terrible. Got to our room and beds were made but had hair in them, floors weren't vacuumed, hair and trash in the bathroom floor, wet towels hanging in the bathroom. Management moved us to another room and apologized. New room appeared clean until I sat on the bed and under the sheet were multiple BLOOD stains on the mattress pad and the bathroom smelled like urine. I flagged down a member of the hospitality staff and asked her to change the sheets on the bed. She quickly apologized and changed the sheets and mattress pad on the bed. We went to the pool with our kids and when we got to our room we tried to use our keys and they didn't work. My whole family had to wait outside the room while I went downstairs to the lobby and waited in line 20 minutes to get our keys redone. Our friends who were on a separate floor said they had hair in their shower. This has been altogether the worst hotel stay that my family has ever had. The hotel staff is nice but there has to be issues with upper management if rooms aren't cleaned and service at the front desk is lacking. We would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

We could not check in at 3pm as the rooms were not ready yet. We finally checked in at 430pm. Got into our room that smelled of mildew, hair in the bathtub, dirty toilet, and hair in the bed. We told them the room wasn't clean and they brought us keys to another room. Get into the second room and there were brown stains on the sheets, and again hair in the bathtub. Our third room the bed was finally clean but there was hair in the sink and hair and urine on the toilet. This place was absolutely disgusting. We were at the front desk at one point and heard a lot of other guests with the same complaints. How do you not even clean a toilet?? I wouldn't go back here if it was free!!

Very clean and updated comfortable rooms,like new. Lots of amenities. Easy to find. Pleasant staff. Good price on our room. Highly recommend. P.s. no, I don't work there.
