It was okay. The check in was smooth and they were extremely nice. The room was decent and fairly clean but bathroom grout was black and dirty and so was the carpet. The room was not quiet and can hear other rooms and hallway activity.

Spacious rooms, but no mini fridge. Air conditioning is not the greatest, but we had a West facing porch, so tons of afternoon sun which made the room warm. Free bottled water and a cup of coffee each morning from the market, so that was nice. Average start, but a great location next to Disney Springs.

If you're visiting the Disney parks it's close and convenient. Has shuttles to bring you to the parks, and is with in walking distance to Disney Springs. There are plenty of food varieties in the surrounding area as well. The hotel staff was good and accomodating. Parking rates could be lower especially if you are there for an event for an extended period of time.

Truly awesome place! Great location to Disney Springs and the parks. Transportation to the parks from the hotel unless you have to be there super early. Very clean hotel. On site restaurants could be better, when was the last time you saw a Benihana, but getting food is not a problem. The hotel bar is well stocked and staff is great, esp Earl!

Stayed in this hotel for night and was not pleased. The bathroom had rust in it, so did the tub and door frames. The sheets had blood on them. The decor of the rooms looked like a cheap motel 8. The only thing that saved this room was the view of Disney springs at night. The staff was great and amazing locations. The price of the rooms doesn’t match the quality of the rooms. Will not stay here again.

Great location within walking distance to Disney Springs!! Pool area has ample seating and the hot tubs were actually hot. However, the jets in one of the hot tubs were broken. Eddie at the Front Desk ensured our requests were addressed in a timely manner (i.e., fixed the DVD player and provided extra hangers). Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of ongoing maintenance and general up keep. For example: ice maker was broken on our floor, room service items left in hallway for hours, public restrooms were dirty, signage for events left out for days after event was already over, and used towels and food were not picked up at the pool. The temperature controls in the guest rooms are spotty. The dresser was broken. Most of the appliances were unplugged when we arrived (e.g., refrigerator, TV, coffee maker). Did not have hot water in our room the last morning.

This made our Disney trip perfect. The customer service was wonderful. Being right beside Disney Springs made it great for our granddaughter. Shuttle service was great and always prompt.

Three years ago, I first stayed at this property because a work conference was being held at the Hilton. Although we had a pick of hotels we have stayed an additional three times in the last two years because our son competes at the Collegiate Powerlifting Events held at the Orlando Airport. We enjoy this hotel because it is walking distance (catwalk) to Disney Springs. Even if you don't feel like walking the short distance, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle every 30 minutes. At Disney Springs, you have your pick of restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel always provides complimentary items. Last time, we received two free drinks for each guest at the hotel bar. This time, we received two free 16 oz starbucks coffees and two bottled waters, plus a coupon book with discounts for participating properties at Disney Springs. We dined at Wolfgang Puck Express and received 20% off the total bill. Check in/staff are friendly and rooms are good. Will definitely return!

I stayed here a week while attending a convention. The staff here is exceptional, and very pleasant and helpful. From the front desk to the maid staff I found to be great. The location is also a plus. The down side to the visit. The room was nice but it had an old smell to it.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We had the 2 queen beds and one was to hard and the other to soft and lumpy. The refrigerators cabinet door was broken and the fridge itself was not very cold. The room also does not have a microwave, so we would have to go down to the cafe in the lobby to reheat anything from the fridge. For he price of there room I think a microwave is not asking much. Again, I do have to say all the staff was great. I just think the hotel needs to be upgraded. Even the facets knobs kept going around pass off, which is an inconvenience when you are trying to turn the water off and on, and find which direction is cold or hot.

My stay at the Hilton Buena Vista was very pleasent. The staff and concierge were very kind, friendly and happy to help without needs. The room was clean and neat but some slight short-term issues with bathtub drainage. The hotel is located close to Disney springs and some nearby restaurants. Location also has a late night marketplace to grab food snacks and coffee. Great visit and would recommend to visitors with children or couples alike.

The Hilton Lake Buena Vista is an acceptable looking hotel with okay service. The problem is that it charges you for everything you could possibly ask for. I went to have breakfast and sat down at the restaurant, then went to the buffet and had an egg and 2 pieces of fruit.

The food was mediocre, with the eggs under salted and the fruit stale and dry, and I expected to be charged 10 or so dollars for the buffet. But when I got the bill, I had been charged 32 dollars for the single plate.

This was in addition to being charged almost 10 dollars for a single load of laundry. They didn't even do the laundry, I did. They charged that much to use the machines. The only thing that's included in the price of the hotel is the tap water from the sink. Overall, I ended up paying significantly more money than had been budgeted because of hidden fees and charges. The Hilton Lake Buena Vista needs to seriously improve its service if they want to maintain customers beyond the first visit. I published this review at the end of my stay so they wouldn't charge me or fine me as some sort of punishment.

If you're reading this review - find a hotel that's not the Hilton Lake Buena Vista. They don't nickel and dime you - that's too little money for them. They charge you 10 dollars at a time. Instead of coming to this Ponzi scheme of a hotel, rent an airbnb or stay another 5 miles out of this area. Ridiculous experience and one that I'll tell as many people about as possible.

Being a gold member at Hilton I expect that I should get treated as such. Staff were very kind/friendly however I did feel as though when I asked for things they were always reminding me how we usually don't do this or we already did xyz Which came across as being treated as someone that hasn't spent over $40000 at Hilton properties. Also having to pay for parking at any hotel is absurd especially if you are outside of a city. If Other than it's a nice hotel. The rooms and community areas are clean. The arcade is also a nice touch.

This hotel is Straight Out of The Twilight Zone . Bed bugs. Our family was covered head-to-toe in bites. After numerous calls and emails The manager, Tony Keathley well not return calls. We had a horrendous experience at this particular Hilton and the facility was absolutely filthy. The carpets were dirty and sticky to the touch as well greasy headboards, sticky remotes, outdated TV that would not turn off except by unplugging from the wall. Our son sliced his foot open due to negligent maintenance at the pool travertine tile is loose. We filled out a accident report but the hotel has yet to respond or reach out with any concern which in turn cut our Disney trip short. We Saw the front desk staff actually laughing/gawking at a disfigured woman when she went around a corner. Hilton is usually a pretty decent hotel however Hilton at Lake Buena Vista is hands down the worst hotel in existence in my well-traveled experience.

The hotel and grounds are kept very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms updated and clean. Only complaint was hallway noise especially doors slamming. Other then that it was a great hotel. Location is perfect and to top it off the bus service to the parks is very convenient.

The location is very nice. I went to the hotel for my senior prom, and it was gorgeous. They handled having over 500 people ty to enter the hotel very well, traffic was well directed by the hotel staff. I can't speak for the rooms, but the hotel had a lovely event room, multiple pools, and a pretty entrance. For any event I highly recommend this hotel.
