Wyndham is one of our favorite places to stay. Staff at the desk always helpful. Was a pleasure to see Dewan again, Vanessa was great 1st time we have had her. Was great to see Tony &Eddie get our friendly hugs and as usual met our needs. Breakast on Wed was good and seeing Sabina who remembered us was a great..
thank her again for taking care of our breakfast Nice surprise. Also easy breezy trip to Disney Springs from here 5 / 10 min walk and hubby just uses motor chair. Trying to upload pic but will have to it elsewhere . Again thanks to all and Merry Christmas

Great place to stay! Near Disney parks and across the street from Disney Springs shopping. Heads up, the dining there is to pricey for what you get. If you want character engagements reserve a dinner through Disney Dining somewhere else or just wait till the park. They have shuttle service to all the parks and a good Pool for the kids. The parking is $20 per day doesn't matter if you self park or not. The text service with valet is awesome and really on point. After text them your car will be there in 4 minutes or less every time. The main tower is fully remodeled and the rooms are nice. The other rooms are good, but book the tower if you can. If you are looking for Extra Magic Hours, book a Disney Hotel. Extra Magic Hours are not offered by any Partner Disney Resort. Partnered Disney Resorts mean shuttle service, possibly a Disney store on grounds, and a possible Disney environment.

the spot was truly an amazing location for disney. the pool seemed heated and the people at the front desk were very nice. like all great places parking was not the best spot at the hotel and the rooms seemed very basic even after spending over 100 a night their to find food from other guests behind the lamp shade table

Terrific location. The hotel is adjacent to Disney Springs, so you can easily and safely walk over there for dinner or shopping. The shuttle to the Disney parks is reliable and convenient. Great pool area. You won't find a better value for a hotel this convenient to Disney.

The hotel was very nice! The staff was great and very accommodating. We had breakfast delivered to our room and we ate the buffet as well. Everything tasted great. There is transportation to all the Disney Parks and Disney Springs is literally a 5 minute Walk! We did have an issue with the bus Schedule, waited an hour at Animal Kingdom for a bus, however the staff handled it and made sure we were happy! Other than that the bar and the pool are to die for! You’ll be glad you stayed here!

Everything was great except for the valet. Call down text service didn't work. They couldn't find my car one time. Claimed to be short-staffed. Like I said, everything else was fine. May just take shuttles next time.

the room is worth every penny spent on booking for a night. concessions and refreshments on the other hand are too expensive. that's not too important, though. the bed was comfy and everything was clean. the location is great and the view from the room was pretty at night.

A pleasant place with a lovely casual pool for kids and adults, and a deeper pool for the swimmers. The hotel is very conveniently near the various Walt Disney world resort locations; particularly Disney Springs.

The room I had was simple. I initially had a first floor room which felt a bit damp. Might've just been the settling cool of the A/C, but when the air has been off for more than 5 hours, and the floor and pillows still feel damp, I can't help but wonder. I got room changed though for that reason, and the second room didn't feel damp.

A few general inconveniences: certain elevators weren't operating, the ventilation panel inside the bathroom ceiling leaked condensation pretty often, the fitness center lighting was dim comparatively to the lobby or waiting area outside the fitness center, and the television (in both rooms) frequently went silent for no particularly noticeable reason while shows played (not too long though. The silences were just interruptions).

On the positives: The room service was quick and delicious, the fitness center had some decent equipment variety and space, the lobby was aesthetically pleasing, the rooms had good water flow, convenient fridges, tinted windows, and the staff was pleasant.

This hotel is a total ripoff. We showed up and they added $70 in random "mandatory" fees/charges - an unexpected 50% increase on our two-night bill. For that rate, we could have stayed plenty of other places - maybe somewhere with decent guest rooms. Breakfast costs ~$30 for the one-trip buffet. This place is listed on Google as a 4-star hotel. It isn't. Realistically, the guest rooms are comparable to those at a Motel 6.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. Our flight was delayed and we were checking in at 1:30 am, which could have been better. For some reason the drive was absolutely packed with cars with no valet to be found and my husband had to stay in the car while I waited forever to check in. The room is pleasant with a great view of Disney Springs. We have two more nights and I expect to enjoy it.

My husband and I are Disney annual passholders and normally stay on Disney property. We were coming from our hometown of 3 hours away just for a night and decided to check this hotel out thinking we could save some money. I did get a notification about a resort fee that was due upon arrival, however there's also a $12 a day parking fee?! By the time we paid these fees we could've stayed on site at a Disney property for the same amount if not cheaper!
As far as our room goes, the view was fantastic overlooking Disney Springs but we had the room right when you step off the elevator. So guess what we heard all night long that also kept our 8 month old up all night?
We definitely will not be back.

Rooms basic, price good, hidden fees for parking and pool temp 40 below zero to cold to swim in unless it's 90 degrees out. No tables around pool , rather set in hot sun or set under awning, to use cabanas around pool, extra 25 for that. food prices way to high . Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else. It is close to Disney spring the only plus.

Very friendly, helpful staff (many of whom wear pin lanyards for those interested in trading). Location is quite convenient to the parks with shuttles to Disneyworld parks. Right across the street from Disney springs. There's even a Disney store in the lobby. Pool area is amazing, though the bar at the pool is pricy. Room was very nice as well :)

The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, though I'm not sure if that's because we were on a trip. They were very accommodating and professional. The pool was a great place to lounge with a snack bar, and the rooms were great. Great time in Orlando here!

Not what I expected for the high price. The room is small and in lacking details. Light fixtures that weren't seated, remote control for the TV didn't work, the shower is set for the vertically "blessed". When you get there then you are made aware of the parking lot fees. Though the valet service is quite quick and courteous the fact that I have to pay for parking is crazy, especially since this fact was only revealed at the check in desk. There are far nicer places that are within a reasonable distance to the parks that are far cheaper, cleaner, and have far more to offer.
