Goods- rooms are nice and clea. Hotel looks good and staff are friendly. Its one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in.

Bads- the room smelled very bad. I initially thought once the AC is on it will be fine but for 2 days of our stay the room smelled. The smell seemed to come from the toilet and I noticed moulding near the railing on the bathtub. The faucet kept leaking.
The worst was that I do not eat bacon. I was shocked to find bacon in the egg that was prepared for breakfast and there was no where written that its bacon egg. I accidentally ate it as it was folded in between and could not be seen. This left a really bad taste for the entire experience.

Very good customer service and the rooms are clean and updated. For someone that regularly comes to Orlando I’m used to hotels not looking like the website says they do. But this one was different. My wife and I are very satisfied.

Great suites for a great price. You can stay cheaper in Orlando but it won't be as nice. Factor in a hot breakfast for a family and it is just as cheap but without the feeling that a meth head will break in or the noise of a truck stop. Breakfast is not the best but better than most I have had at budget hotels.

It is very simple but clean and quite hotel. Pretty good for the place to sleep. Definitely not a resort though. But you can't ask for more for such a low rate. They even have a breakfast for this money!

Great service from the time of check in. It was really quick and barely had to wait. The room is great and it was just like the pictures posted. It's near by the theme parks so the drive is no more than 10 minutes.

Great price for a nice room. Clean and the location is close to all Disney parks. Continental breakfast wasn't very good, but it's right across the street from The Sizzler!

This hotel was great. Very clean, breakfast offerings were adequate for continental breakfast, very close to Disney. It was very quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Galleria Palms was great! On first impression, I was a little concerned, staying at a non - brand name hotel tucked away between two older tourist gift shops and surrounded by construction. However, upon walking inside, I was surprised by the new, well maintained interior and friendly desk staff. The rooms were also nice, and I found the minifridge & microwave combo convenient. My only disappointment in the room was that the beds had no box springs and the towels/toiletries were rather lacking. The continental breakfast that was advertised was certainly more the continental, featuring some hot items and a pancake maker. One of the best features of the hotel was the location - - under 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom and by far one of the closer (traffic and time wise) off site hotel to Walt Disney World. Would return!

For the price, the hotel was awesome! Great location, very close to Disney and restaurants! Room was very clean and smelt great! Had a positive experience with ALL staff. Breakfast was great for price of hotel. It had hot scrambled eggs and sausage along with cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, toast, and muffins.

Good value for money. Comfortable clean room with coffee machine and small sink. Good advice and tickets can be purchased here. Plenty of free parking. Right on bus route for Disney or universal studios. Family friendly hotel.

Pool is very small, not heated, no jacuzzi. Rooms are kind of small very tight for 4 people in the two bed rooms. Bathroom is amazing very large and double sinked. The free breakfast was a disaster but It could of been because of the field trip. Overall the staff is very friendly. And the hotel was very clean.

I have stayed at this hotel every year for vacations for more than a decade now and about to go soon yet again! If you are looking for a modern, clean, decent, affordable and genuine hotel, look no further, this is the place you want to be for your vacations!! Harold the manager and his friendly staff will always do their best to accommodate you with a smile! I totally recommend this hotel.

The location is good, close to Disney. I wanted and requested a room with a king size bed but I was told they had problems with some of the rooms and only had rooms with two twin beds . The room was clean and nicely appointed. The hot water seemed marginal. They provide a "hot breakfast" but it only consisted of eggs and sausage, the rest was muffins and a toaster for bread and Frozen waffles. The staff were friendly and helpful. They seemed to be genuinely eager to help.

Everyone was friendly and nice, shuttle bus took us to the amusement parks with no charge. The breakfast was great! Me and my boyfriend went to Orlando for our spring break trip. On the second day at Galleria Palms Hotel, me and my boyfriend got stuck in the elevator for an hour. The manager was nice to refund us the money for that day, they also left chocolate on the bed when we got back, and apologized with a card. This is a great hotel!!
