Great hotel! Wonderful location. 4 out of 5 only because no free breakfast and parking should be included in room cost

The hotel is great and the staff have been very nice. My concerns are that parking is not included in the price of the room, the Tower elevators are behind the dining area, you can't enter any of the lower level doors without or with your room key only the main entrance is open. The full service check in is nice and unexpected and housekeeping will arrange your child's stuff animals. It's almost as good as staying on Resort and walking distance to Disney Springs.

The hotel was nice and well kept. Staff was friendly and inviting. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey at $20 / person, but was tasty and included an omelette station and Mickey Mouse waffle makers. The room we had was a corner with no balcony. The downside were the fact that we couldn't get a double with a cot, there were a couple bugs in our room (literally only a couple), and probably most importantly the bed was so hard that it gave me intense back pain for the remainder of our vacation which is not what you want when planning to ride roller coasters for a week.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend while visiting Epcot & Hollywood Studios. The hotel itself was lovely and our room was just what we needed for our overnight stay. The front office staff was very helpful & friendly. The only reason I will not give them 5 stars is because of their breakfast buffet. Do not spend the money on it, believe me it is not worth it. $20 per person is a ridiculous price to pay for the quality of food that was received. When we first saw the price on the sign I balked but figured it would be better than waiting to get breakfast at Disney. However I was quickly disappointed that we made that decision. Everything was room temperature or colder and very very bland. I left a buffet for the first time in my life still hungry. If this was a complimentary buffet I would better understand the quality but for, I'll say it again, $20 PER PERSON, it is not worth it at all. And let's be honest, even if the food was good that's still too much money to charge.

Our first night here and I couldn't brag more on the front desk and staff! We came in from St. Louis, Missouri and had a bit of unexpected emergency. They have been helpful, kind, accommodating, and friendly. We will definitely stay here in the future, clean rooms, huge resort poop. Great place! :)

Great Hotel and staff. Stayed during IRMA and experienced a very warming atmosphere, excellent location, great food and nice rooms. Best part was the Chicken Tenders: OMG I can't wait to return to Orlando to have the crispier tenders I've ever had. My kid loved the hotel as well, she didn't want to leave. Wife very happy too :)

The hotel is great, the room was comfy and it's in a great location. BUT it is freezing in here!!! We got to our room and it was set at 62! Seriously! Who lives like that?! And you can't shut the room air off (the vent blows right on the bed) and the main hallways were colder then the room! Ridiculous! It's Florida people.meaning when its 90 degrees outside and you go into somewhere this cold it feels like an ice locker. I probably won't stay here again because of it.

Horrible room. See my picture. Outside mechanical equipment, next to highway, and construction began at 7am Saturday morning. You can see the crane from my window. No sleep and I was miserable. This room should never have been rented. They seemed much more concerned with profits than guest comfort. Parking was half a mile from the room, no exaggeration.

Stayed for one night here to kick off a Disney vacation. Staff was friendly and check in was easy. There is an additional $13 resort and $12 valet parking fee so take that into consideration when comparing prices. The hotel was clean but is showing signs of age. The seat cover for the desk chair in our room was peeling and really should be replaced. The carpet in the landing area near the third floor elevator was bunched up and worn. The bathroom was clean but had some material on the shelves peeling. It was clean enough but just old. The location is a short walk from Disney springs. It was nice for one night but I would not want to stay there much longer.

I stayed in a poolside room in the adjacent wing (non-tower). The balcony provided a clear view of the pool. Hotel staff were very friendly. Check-in was a breeze and the room was in great condition. Beds are soft with adequate numbers of pillows. I will definitely return, as this is my preferred hotel on property.

I love this location! It's down the street from Downtown Disney or Disney Springs. It is in walking distance to places to eat. The staff is great from housekeeping, to valet, to guest services! The room is spacious. Room service was excellent. The meeting room was large and the temperature was comfortable. The bartender and food servers were professional, courteous and always smiling! The bus transportation to the various theme parks was always available. I'll be back to this hotel! Great room discount for our conference.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff, amenities and pool were awesome. We went to Disney World and took the shuttle, pick up and drop off were right in front of the hotel. Be aware that drop off takes about an hour because they are picking up another park (2 Parks pet bus). We had to go all the way to the animal kingdom then back to the hotel, we don't get back to the hotel until 11:30 pm. Also, the hotel is full service so you have to pay to park over night ($12/night) in their parking lot and bellhop is $18, you can't "borrow" the trolley for self carry. Besides that it was a good stay.

I stayed here back in January and it was awesome ! The front desk staff was very attentive and welcoming. I took advantage of the shuttle services to the parks which were so convenient. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the price. There was a vast selection of breakfast items. The pool was probably one of the best pools I've seen. It was definitely a 5-star hotel level pool. The service at the bar was great and the food was tasteful. Over all great experience. I would definitely stay here again !
