What a great location to stay. Right in the heart of NY with Times Sq close, with the High Line mere metres away and with cracking eateries. Redo try Brgr around the corner it’s excellent. The staff here are lovely, friendly and accommodating so be nice and you’ll get extra coffee in the mornings.

Hilton Honors member. Stay at many hotels often. For the price, underrated. Customer service is good. Rooms are tiny, bathrooms are tiny. Poor lighting in rooms. Got a handicap accessible room and it is too small to pass a wheelchair around the bed. Elevators are fairly slow. Adjoining restaurant, RARE, is nice but overly expensive for primarily hamburgers that they serve.

Great location, plenty of food and coffee options nearby. Functional rooms- just what u’d expect in NYC. Coffee machine in the room. Something you shouldn’t take for granted at Hilton. And most of all incredibly friendly service- Special mentions for SID & Martha. They are the best of what any Hilton has to offer. The Gym is Small! Like a hotel room turned into a gym.

Elevators way too slow for a hotel of this size. Gym was fine. Breakfast was good. Was given two DIFFERENT Vouchers for me and my 1 guest Had to get that fixed and they gave us both the "lesser" voucher As a diamond? No refrigerator in the room, except for a fully filled computerized mini bar that will charge you if you move anything. No ice machines or ice buckets. Small room. Found street parking for the weekend instead of paying. Decent service. Clean.

The overall experience was great! The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The only minor gripe was having TV issues, but they were addressed. I also appreciated that the room service personnel we're personable. Would absolutely return for another stay!

Room was immaculate. Even the bedding was clean, Which can be a huge detail. Great location in Chelsea, so chic downtown bars are close. And has a rooftop bar I'd definitely go back.

Very nice hotel, have stayed here twice. Only complaint is noise- rooms are not noise proofed, could hear doors slamming in the hallways from a roudy group down the hall at all hours in middle of the night. Otherwise it's a great hotel, clean, new, convenient, stylish, simple. nice lobby bar and roof top bar (busy).

Good location, if the fashion district meets your needs; you have most of lower Manhattan close by. My room was pretty spacious by NY standards, well appointed with a comfy bed. I got some noise coming from outside, even on the 8th floor, which again seems pretty standard for NY. I think the deciding factor on whether to stay here may be one of style. With fashion in the name of the hotel, they follow through with swish decor and an ambience that says 'casual shirt' rather than 'jeans and t-shirt' to me.

Stayed at this hotel as it is on the same street as The Wendy Williams Show! Prices were reasonable for the area, as well as location was perfect. Was close to everything that we needed. On the day that we checked out, the hotel staff if we needed our luggage stored until we left out. This was great because we weren't scheduled to leave until later in the day, this gave us a chance to explore the city some more without the hassle of carrying our bags. Decor is also very beautiful as it is the Fashion District!

Had dinner with out of town friends at Rare Bar & Grill inside the Hilton. Chose this place on recommendation by another friend that it would be kid-friendly, and it was. Food was pretty good, bar-type food, lots of fried items though, and not a ton of healrhy choices. Nice drink list. Waiters both in the bar and in the restaurant were top-notch: friendly, efficient, and went out of their way for our group. It was a laid-back, casual place that was a nice find in Manhattan.

I was surprised by how quiet the room was given the location, which was highly convenient and in the middle of everything. I was pleased by that. Small room, of course, but worked just fine for my needs. I'd stay here again if I'm back in New York for work.

It is a nice hotel. I do not think it warranted the price. Staff was excellent. Room service had a decent menu but they were out of a lot, we tried to order alternate options but those were out as well so we ended up just ordering delivery from local restaurants.

Check-in was really fast. Hotel is clean, and in a great location. Quick walk to Time Square or Penn station. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but that is expected in this price range in New York City. Room service is great, from the restaurant located on site. Will stay here again.

We had a great stay the first week of March. The reception staff was excellent, as well as any other needs we had being met quickly & professionally. Our room had a marvelous view of Freedom Tower. The hotel is in a great central location and not far from 28th Street metro station which became our home base. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a couple of days before New Years Eve, the Hilton Honors app provided a great last minute deal for me. I was visiting from San Francisco and upon checking-in, I met Mily. She greeted me with a warm smile and welcome. She acknowledged my Honors membership and treated me with 5-star quality service. She also helped me out with the many questions and I did not need anything. What an exemplary Hilton representative! The room was exactly to my liking and multiple requests. It was a perfect way to end 2016. I will definitely recommend this property and will return, hopefully, soon again. Happy New Year Hilton! New York City Rocks!!
