Outside very noisy and strong draft from windows (if this much cold air is getting in, the noise follows. Limited room-to-room sound isolation - very active neighbors last night. Heating system is incredibly loud and wakes me up every time it comes on. Wish there was something positive to report.

Dated rooms with minimal sound isolation between the wall make for a mediocre experience. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Found out after a few hours of terrible sleep that I was in a room with an adjustable mattress. Would've been nice to know when I checked in.

Loud, but it's nyc so what do you expect. Bring earplugs. Otherwise, room was clean, housekeeping was good, no surprises. One area for improvement is the bar hours. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Would be nice to be open and be able to have a drink without leaving the hotel.

Mohammad was great. way before my arrival. I had a package delivered about 3 weeks earlier and upon my arrival, as soon as he heard my name, And he remembered it.. He stepped away to retrieve My package and delivered it to me. Awesome service

Great hotel for tourism! This hotel is pretty well located, in the middle of Manhattan Island. The rooms are fully equipped with a minifridge, a TV, a microwave, and a coffee machine. I thought the beds were comfortable, but I'm not too picky. There are little dials on the corners of the beds to adjust the firmness, which was new to me.

Really good location if you're going be in lower Manhattan. Close to nightlife, Chelsea Piers, midtown. The hotel itself is located in a street with a ton of florists as well so it's very pretty. The rooms are outdated though. Everything looks very 90s and our AC struggled to cool the room. I tried to find ice and water in the middle of the night and had to go upstairs to find a nonexistent vending machine and a broken ice machine. Good hotel for a quick stay especially at the price but don't expect anything too fancy.

Everything is nice and clean. Staff is polite. The room is a little on the small side, but this is my first time in NYC so it could be normal for the area. The water pressure could be better in my opinion and the rooms could be sound proofed better, but even with those two minimal complaints I would stay again.

Very friendly staff. Free WiFi for up to 3 devices. Choose wisely. Complimentary coffee and a fruit. Very very very well located. Best ratio money/value

It was my girlfriend's birthday and the asst manager was fantastic in helping make her arrival special. The room was great, check out is at noon, and is well-located for a lot of fun things. Also, the room fridge is the perfect size to keep all your Polar Seasonals nice and frosty while you're out enjoying The Big Apple ™.

Reserved king size bed but received queen, in compensation they gave us free breakfast. Breakfast buffet was not good but staff was very polite. Our valet car ended up getting jumped and drove sluggish on the way back. It was serviced before so this should not have happened. Elevator took forever.

Nice, clean hotel which was reasonably priced and a great location. High floors are very quiet. Complimentary cookies and apple cider was nice. Internet was very reliable. Even found the room temperature to be great which was unexpected

Dirty, unchanged bedsheets, awful customer service. We found curly hair, dirty stain and smudges, and hair on our bedsheet and pillows, which clearly means they did not change the bedsheets since the previous guest. I called the front desk who was not at all apologetic. When I said I could not sleep on dirty sheets, she said she COULD call her boss. I then told her she would have to, and she made a long and loud sigh. They finally gave us a new room but acted like they were doing us a favor. Still no apologies. Funny how they have the "satisfaction guaranteed" sign posted all over the hotel. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

Location is nice, the rooms are spacious (For NYC) and the staff has been very friendly. There's actually an ice machine on our our floor! Many hotels here in the city do not have them located conveniently. Would definitely stay here again.
