The room in which my family stayed for the weekend was standard enough with nothing really to rant or rave about. The beds are comfortable, the location is central to a lot of things to do and see in Midtown, etc. One minor complaint is the heater in the room. Even with it set down to as low as 64 degrees the room stayed too hot for our liking. There is a bad draft by the heater so the thermostat of the unit constantly thinks the room is cooler than it truly is and then overheats the space.

stayed there for my anniversary weekend, BIGGEST REGRET. rooms were ridiculously small, i was greeted with a not so refreshing smell when we entered our room. Bed lining were stained, ac broke down, so it was really hot. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. To make matters worse i booked for two nights Sat-Mon, when we arrived on Saturday the entire area was blocked off with Fire Trucks, one of the fire fighter told us that us we could not entered. I called the hotel and spoke to Teresa several times and informed her of what was going on. Monday when we were checking out we were charged just for night because we checked in on Sunday, only to find out they charged us for the full two nights, when i called they had the nerves to tell me they charged me for a no show on Saturday when i have phone records and pictures of the area blocked off. BIG RIP OFF

Our stay at the Manhattan Chelsea Sheraton went well. We had an issue with possible bed bugs and they immediately moved us into another, upgraded, room. The staff are friendly and courteous and they got us early check in the day of our arrival after our red eye flight. The daily water bottles are great for going out and adventuring.

The people here are really great and the location is good. The bathroom is quite small with a weird layout. We also had some stained towels that we're pretty rough.

Decent hotel to get sleep in. Pillows are a bit flat. Rooms are the typical New York small. Not a lot of sink space and the shower seems aged. My room did not have a minifridge. For the price there might be better spots.

We happened to be using a free night, and had a room with 2 full beds. The room is nicely apointed, although tightly spaced. The beds were comfortable, but standard fare for 3-4 star establishments outside NY. I saw no complementary coffee as mentioned by another review, but there is a bar there with food options attached. There is room service available, but no breakfast is also available in the bar, not included with your stay. That much I would think you would get at a high end establishment considering it's common at far lower establishments. Overall it was a pleasant stay and was convienently located to many NYC destinations.

The front desk was professional and helped me check in quickly at late night. However, my room toilet is not working It was stuck. They sent the maintenance person and he spent 10 mins trying to fix it with the plunger. After that, he just left without cleaning up the toilet I was only staying there for one night so I did not bother to request to change the room. The next morning when I was taking the shower and I noticed the sink of the bath tub was not working The water didn't go down It was a disaster. The hotel was in the center of the city. I don't expect the room to be big but at least the facilities should function properly and it should be clean I was disappointed with the service.

Room was average sized for New York City, no issues there. Accommodations were nice but simple. Restaurant The Dog House was very good. Would go back again.

Nice place. Got a good deal for two nights. The staff was nice. The water was hot and the pillows and need were comfortable. Maybe a good place to stay the next time I'm in the city.

We stayed on the 20th floor. It was clean with a lovely view. And it was super quiet. The street noise was barely audible. The Dog House restaurant in the lobby had exceptional food. We had a very nice stay.
