Room was fine. It was small, but not surprising considering New York. Staff was nice and very helpful when needed.

Great location -exceptional for a Fairfield Inn. Check in was probably the best ive had at a FF and it even came with an amazing gourmet cupcake. Free coffee and bottled water in the lobby. Comfy beds too! Rooms are small but this is NYC so its the norm. Would stay here again.

Very nice front desk staff. The cleaning staff could be more thorough when cleaning (ensuring all spaces are vacuumed). While there isn't a restaurant, they do provide a basic breakfast each morning (eggs, meat, cereal, waffles, etc). The room itself is laid out well, but the desk chairs are worn out -- it's more comfortable to work in bed if you can. I do wish there was brighter lighting overall (a bright wall lamp, instead of turning on also table lamps). Overall, these negatives are more being picky. If they are addressed, my rating would easily be 5 stars

Arrived from Laguardia around 10am from Orlando, and our rooms weren't ready yet (it was earlier than check in time, so that's not on the hotel). Kevin the concierge and Enoch the customer service rep went out of their way to accommodate us. They saw to it that we were comfortable by checking our bags and offering their lobby amenities to us, as well as coffee. Kevin was even able to check some of our party in earlier than 1pm. The room itself was fine. Modern, well kept furniture and a very nice bathroom. The beds were a little stuff but some might find that more comfortable. To be honest, I spent very little time in my room but I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was good though the coffee was the only standout. It was delicious. Ultimately I weighted the stars in this review mostly towards the excellent service I received.

Considering the price and room quality, I would not stay here again. Carpets are badly stained (one guest traveling with us had to get a new room due to stains and smell) - the manager on duty said they're looking to replace them, which I hope is true. The customer service was great, however!

Great room for the price. Clean and actually a fairly spacious bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than the hotel I stayed in the night before. A win-win.

The staff was super friendly. Our first room didn't smell so fresh, they gave us a new room right away. It's an easy walk to Times Square, Chelsea Market, etc. They have free breakfast which is fair, but go buy a good coffee.

Very very good hotel. Hotel is clean and in good shape. Rooms, beds, bathrooms excellent. Bright and cheery. Hotel staff provides excellent, attentive service. Gym is clean. Comp breakfast is good, includes plain and fancy food. Price is excellent. Location is great - flower district, walk to everything in midtown. Near #1 and N/R trains. Nail salon next door & upstairs is very good. Will stay here again if i'm paying my own way

Great and quiet place with a spacious room. Excellent location with a great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Tube station very close nearby. Madison Square Garden just around the corner.

The room is nice although one of my lamps didn't work. Unfortunately there are not many TV channels. Otherwise the staff is nice and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect. It has nice rooms and Continental breakfast. It is a very good pick for staying in new york.
