Enjoyed my stay! Great room service and loved the selection at the private lounge. The only criticism would be on their front desk, they are a bit hard to get ahold of via phone in the morning.

The view is marvelous, spectacular, if you are overseeing the lake side. The other side has a very good view of Capitol building. Great staff, nice breakfast. Furniture and room seem a bit old.

Professional, personal and hard working team of caring people. Excellent service overall! Safe, friendly and convenient shuttle. Clean, comfortable, and well kept room and bed. Convenient parking onsite. 👍😀👍

The reception staff was really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very nice! We stayed in the Presidential Suite and had a fantastic time! The room had a whirlpool hot tub, nice walk in shower, and wonderful beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I would have give it 5 stars except our was so hot we couldn't sleep. I couldn't really compliant since we got our room on a last minutes deal on priceline at half the price and the staffs exceeded our expectation in all area. Our room was facing the water. The front deck person Anthony offer our daughter a Kid's Club welcoming package with goodies-information, a ball and toys which made my child felt special. They pool was nice and quiet with plenty of fresh towels.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel two weeks ago. The only downside was a large musical event Friday night at the Monona Terrace directly behind the hotel, which we weren't expecting. The fragrance in the lobby was particularly inviting; I asked what it was at the front desk, but no one seemed to know. Would it be possible to find out? I would love to use it in my home!

The room was sufficient for my needs for one night. I stayed in a room without a view to save on the rate. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. They offered free garage parking a block away after their own lot was full which was an added bonus. The location is perfect for business or pleasure with easy walking distance to the capital building or State Street. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Great location, very welcoming to our dog, and clean. In addition, they have a small fitness area, pool and spa that let you burn off a few fried cheese curds. Highly recommend.

This hotel was wonderful. Staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. We brought our dog and he was treated kindly. We had no complaints and had a pleasant experience.

Arrived at 3pm for check in and was immediately greeted by friendly courteous staff. We utilized the valet parking as well as the bell boy service. Superb professionalism. We were offered a better room with a view choice. We decided for the overview of the lake, it was beautiful. The front desk "texts" you to make sure everything is to your liking. You can also text if you need anything which is nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Visited The Olive Lounge for drinks and dinner with 2 other couples. Nice ambience. Limited service, had to go to the bar to find a waiter. We didn't mind though, we were there to chat and catch up with each other. Drinks were good, enjoyed the Maple flavored Old Fashioned. My burger was delicious. Prices are on the high side, but not surprising given the location. We were able to hang out for several hours as they weren't busy. Overall, a nice evening.
