Room was not in good standing order as there was old food in open areas, shower curtain was not repaired, morning breakfast hot items were luke warm at best and prep kitchen was dirty with food safety practices not followed by staff. I've started at several country inns but this was not a great one by any means

We enjoyed the pool and the housekeeping staff was great. There was a mixup about the checkout time but they quickly worked to resolve it.

Read my other reviews. I frequent Country Inn's and other Club Carlson properties. Bottom line: this location is price gouging.

I went to book a room at this property because Radisson was full. They wanted $250 for a Friday night. Marriott's and Hilton's are going for $140-$150. No way would I spend $250 on any Country Inn, much less this one. Someone needs to teach this Country Inn's management the value equation. Between this location and Rapid City, I'm tempted to bring my loyalty to another hotel chain. Country Inn is nothing great, but I frequent their properties because they are usually a good rate.

Night worker at front desk was about as rude as could be. Went to talk about the lack of parking and she completely blew me off and then just ignored me. The lot was full because there were two trucks with trailers that literally took up 10 spots. The lot appears to be undersized to begin with. Perhaps have people towing trailers park elsewhere. So instead of having two people park in a different company's unlit lot, you now have 10 people park in another company's unlit lot. That makes perfect sense.

There is a little pond behind the hotel with a walking area. On the back side there is a place to rent things to go on the pond. Wish we would have known about it sooner. Cleanliness was ok.

I had a terrible experience booking rooms for guests traveling to Madison for a meeting. Despite booking months in advance, one guest was bumped to the Super 8, charged twice for his room, and hotel management failed to promptly address the issues, despite numerous phone calls.

Comfortable but could not accommodate back to back rooms with my large party despite the neighboring rooms being empty the entire duration of our stay

Reasonable price, clean rooms, close to downtown and surrounded by some restaurants in a walkable distance. Receptionists and other hotel staff are nice, friendly and always helpful too!

I went with a group to a convention. Our rooms were very clean. The service was excellent. Wifi was pretty good. The hot tub was very relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very modern rooms, great breakfast, convenient location, good hot tub. There's a very comfortable chair in the West wing. The carpet looks old and dated. There's a blank picture on the fireplace mantle on the entryway. That's weird.

it was busy and lots of kids running late in hallway. Which I understand is probably not an everyday thing. But I paid extra for the suite and expected a little more than what it was.

Friendly staff and a very nice hotel. Breakfast was not very good and the room was a little too disinfected with cleaning products. Other than that no complaints on a one night stay.
