Frequently stay here, generally over Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Rooms apparently renovated, and very well done. Fashionable decor, comfy beds, roomy bath, good staff. Adequate, not great, continental breakfast.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. As someone who is fairly pickey about the matress I sleep on at home, these beds were delightful. I had a great night's sleep, which isn't always the case when staying at a hotel. Continental breakfast is included, serving both hot and cold options.

Quick and easy check in. Didn't have a reservation and they found us a room. Room was clean. Breakfast was great but the eating area was small and full so we ate in our room.

Located just off I-94 it is very close to a mall, many, many, delicious restaurants, and is only minutes from the capital/downtown. A nice Hampton with friendly staff, a good fitness center, free hot breakfast, hot tub, and indoor pool. Clean, modern decor, and comfortable rooms make this a place I will stay at again. 👍👍

Our stay was pretty good. The rooms were a tad smaller than what we are used to, but the customer service was amazing and the price was good. The pool area was decent too. The location in Madison was decent. We were attending an event at the Alliant Energy Center, and it took us about 10 minutes to get back to the hotel afterwards. The only thing I can think of that wasn't that great was the breakfast. Although they had a variety of food to satisfy most everyone, the kitchen and dining space was small and very crowded. Other than that, everything was great.

I occasionally travel to Madison on business and this is one of my favorite places to stay. It's convenient to where I work when I'm in town and I know exactly what I will get in service and accommodations. Madison is a great place to visit and navigating around from this hotel is easy. The Hampton brand if one I can always count on.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the hotel was newly remodeled in 2013 and was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay again if in town for work.

Easy location off the highway. Friendly service at the front desk and spotless room. Very comfy bed and great breakfast in the morning. Only issue was the hair dryer shot sparks at me

For being a loyal Hilton honors silver member, having to park in a neighboring business and feel my car is insecure being there is probably the worst feeling to experience. When asking the front desk where to park since there is no parking spots available in there well lit parking lot, I was told to go park next door. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm am very unhappy about this situation and will definitely not being straying at this hotel and probably pick a different chain of hotels to be loyal to. I gained silver status within a month and a half this year so far and would be staying at more Hilton/Hampton inn properties but after being told to go park in a neighboring business parking lot. All my other reservations will be changed to probably Marriott. Watch out rude girl at the front desk that told me to go park in a sketchy neighboring business l. I really doubt half the cars in this parking lot or at least 1/4 of them are actually staying at this hotel. Super disappointing watch out!!!
