The Valet parking attendants, front desk, and room services providers were so pleasant and helpful. The room was lovely with a great view of the capitol. We received an upgrade initiated by staff, how nice! I would stay here again and recommend it to others! Top notch!

Went there to check out the wedding venues. The hotel is gorgeous and was just recently renovated. Definitely hoping everything works out and we can have our wedding reception there!

We had frequented this hotel when it was In on the Park. This is our first stay since the renovation. We walked in and my jaw dropped. It was stunning. I LOVE the artwork and how it relates to the history of the hotel. The lobby renovation is amazing. The mosaic behind the desk is AMAZING. Our room renovation was also sweet. We love the barn doors. The room service menu is minimal. We did not visit the Post to compare the menus. I highly recommend a revisit if it's been a while since your last visit, just don't plan on room service.

We loved the hotel. It was on the square, with great access to restaurants and State Street. The hotel's recently remodeled, clean, and has a great view. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. When we got to the hotel, we were initially frustrated because the room that we thought we had booked (two queens, and a sofa bed for a family of five) was booked due to a hotel mistake. Our kids too were disappointed that the pool was under maintenance. The hotel compensated for both generously, by offering us a complimentary second room and breakfast. Thank you, thank you!

The hotel, located in downtown Madison, offers a beautiful view of the capitol building. The walks around the hotel are wonderful. The restaurants and bars in walking distance are fun. We enjoyed visiting the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. It was a wonderful experience.

It's right next to the capital building by campus in Msdsion, easily within walking distance of campus. Accommodations were clean and neat. Valet service was fast. We only stayed one night and got in late and left early, but the experience was nice. Definitely no complaints from me.

Loved the Premier Park. Great rooms, nicely appointed. Good bathroom. Nice common areas. Great location. Will be going back to Madison and will definitely stay there. Unfortunately no ATM and no offer to cash a check for tip money for housekeeping and the valet. Down the block to a bank ATM.

Very nice, recently refurbished hotel; although there was no evidence of a refurbishment. I mean this in a good way: No smells or any evidence of work being done. Everything was finished and clean. Very attractive interior and exterior, and excellent location right on the Capitol Square. There were many good restaurants within a very short walk, as well as two different museums (Wisconsin historical and Veterans). The price was well within the range for a high-quality hotel: for my stay in September 2017 it was $152 for a week day and $188 for a week-end day. My only minor complaint was the soft water: it felt like you couldn't rinse off the soap after a shower. Even with that; I would still recommend this hotel and stay there in the future. I like the small refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the ability to set the temperature of each room. I didn't use the fitness center; but there is one for those inclined. The bar/restaurant was small, but nice. I liked the crab/eggs benedict I had; but the bacon was a little too crisp. The waitress was very nice, friendly without being too talkative. All in all, a good hotel. I give it a positive recommendation.

We are staying at the hotel right now and I will not take time to wait until my stay is over to say how disappointed I am. When we arrived, they gave us a cart for our luggages but no one helped us bring the full cart to our room. Every time we get back to the hotel, the host does not even greet us. Tonight they let the room above us have a wedding party, they never gave us any notice that it was going to happen, it's now 10:30pm, the music is very loud and there's a lot of tapping that make the walls tremble. We called the reception that said that they could not move us but that they would call the room. I don't know if they did but it's still very loud.
Apart from that the rooms are not very big but look nice.
So if you want to spend a night in a nice hotel with this range of price, you should probably go to the Hyatt place we decided to try the Best Western for once and regret our choice

Great location if attending a wedding at the Majestic Theater. Did not really need a car as there were many activities within walking distance. Shuttle service from the airport is a nice feature. The pool looked great even though I did not try it. Housekeeping was very late, perhaps understaffed? One day, the day we attended a wedding, the room was cleaned at 4 pm! Other than that, I would recommend the hotel, especially the rooms with a view.

I have been a springtime guest at the Park Hotel (formerly Inn on the Park) for years as an annual event brings me to town. They have undergone extensive renovations and the place looks great. The same helpful staff works there, but the facilities have been updated. You can't beat the location as it's right on the square, giving guests easy access to the Capitol, shopping, restaurants, and dining. There isn't a continental breakfast as some of the nearby hotels provide, but each room has a fridge, microwave, she coffee maker, so it's easy to make your own in-room.

This is the first time I've stayed at the Best Western in over a decade and what a nice surprise. The hotel has been completely renovated and updated. The staff was very professional whenever I interacted with them and the room was nicely appointed. Good overall value.

Typical Madison road construction and location on the Capitol square can make this hotel a little difficult to drive to. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff are great. We found the bed very comfortable. WiFi was decent. My one qualm was that the elevators were extremely slow. This wouldn't have been an issue except the staircases are difficult to navigate.

The Park Hotel is beautiful. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Our double queen room was spacious, had a mini fridge, and we got it for a really great price. The room had a door that stepped right into the pool area which was cool, but we didn't have any windows that went outside, just to the pool. Overall highly recommended. Valet for the car overnight was $10 on Saturday as a hotel guest.

Great location. Staff throughout hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms were ample, beautifully decorated. There were Madison-themed throw pillows that gave the room just the extra touch to make you feel cared for. Bathroom was large, wonderful walk-in shower with rain shower head. Definitely worth a return visit.
