Came here for NYE 2017 and loved the stay! The location was great, and within walking distance from the college area. Our room was clean, we had no issues with noise, and keep in mind this was NYE. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Our rates for the night were reasonable considering it was a holiday. Definitely recommend the property!

Enjoyed a beautiful breakfast
Front Desk staff is wonderful!
Valet parking service is also wonderful.
Having a great time with the shuttle service, They drive you back-and-forth to the downtown area. Very easy.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Had a wonderful stay. All the staff was friendly, professional and courteous. We received a free upgrade for our Hilton honors status and it was much appreciated. Our son doesn't sleep as well if he has to share a room with us. Close enough to downtown without being overwhelming and a nightmare of traffic! Had a wonderful stay. All the staff was friendly, professional and courteous. We received a free upgrade for our Hilton honors status and it was much appreciated. It was clean staff was friendly room was spacious. Most importantly the concierge was accommodating!! We checked out and went to explore the city around 10am. They held our bags and then when we came back to pick them up and I needed a place to pump they vet graciously gave me a key to a room so I could have a clean and private place to pump!! Thank you Hilton!!

Decent place for a meeting. Food was good. Ran out of silverware and coffee creamer without replacement for some time. No valet in the valet parking area.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are decent but maybe a bit small. Location is great for me because I can walk to the hospital in the morning for work. My biggest complaint about this hotel is the recent decline in food quality in the restaurant. I used to look forward to eating at the hotel restaurant a year ago, and now actively avoid it. I'll continue to stay here though just because of the convenient location.

Stayed on the 8th floor. Very nice view of Oakland from our rear facing room. We're staying here for a wedding and so far the service has been excellent here. All of the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. I hate that it's valet only parking but it's a city-hotel and they make you aware of it before you book. For what it advertises its a fine place.

Enjoyed our two-night stay for our daughter's college graduation weekend. Rooms were nice, service was friendly and over the top. They eagerly took care of everything we needed even when it wasn't hotel related. Would definitely recommend.

Clean rooms got evolution room with 2 queen beds. Room was kinda om the smaller side but did not bother us much. Location is near colleges very convenient for us.

Routine service is good, but we had to ask for towels several times before fetching them ourselves. Small thing, I know. Location is perfect, of course. Valets take 20 minutes to bring cars around.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed and within walking distance of where I needed to go. I never realized what a great town Pittsburgh is! Beautiful views and tons of history and bridges with a beautiful river. A+!
