Next to a couple colleges, was a nice, "Apartment" rental. Fair prices for a nice place. Didn't stay long but better than expected.

Beautiful and clean. They do need handles in the bathtub area for handicap and elderly. The tubs are not slip resistant either. I would have preferred 1st floor. The cleanliness and decor were excellent. Shuttle driver Cookie was great. This particular hotel has several different building locations. We were in building N. The young lady that helped us check in was very nice. We were late for our check in time but it was OK. Housekeeping Joy was very thorough and pleasant. Everyone we dealt with here were very friendly and pleasant. I would go back again.

Absolutely beautiful suites, I had a two bedroom and it was really well appointed. Super friendly service, gave me a welcome gift full of goodies. Highly recommended.

Clean rooms, good amenities and the price is reasonable. Great location if visiting CMU or Shadyside area. There's a great shopping area nearby on Walnut St.

Clean, large rooms, excellent customer service. The front desk staff was friendly and responsive to all questions. The bed was firm and the room was quiet. Thank goodness for the shuttle, which took us where we needed to go! A great experience.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

was nice, spacious, and most importantly clean. Think small apartment when picturing the room. In nice neighborhood. Didn't really deal with the front desk much so I can't really comment on service. Only somewhat negative thing I can think of is the water pressure in shower was poor. Overall a pleasant stay and definitely would recommend.

The Shadyside Inn was perfect for a quick stay with friends. The apartment we booked was a great amount of space for 5 people and had everything we needed. The concierge was helpful and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay around Shadyside. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing hotel. The rooms are big and well furnished. The staff is polite and helpful. The location couldn't be better, we were walking distance to great restaurants and shops. I would recommend.

Stayed for one night with husband. The parking was a bit difficult to find due to the late hour of our arrival. The room was nice and the kitchen utensils were stocked with a lot of thought. The only thing I found was that the TV wasn't able to be lowered below a certain volume and that volume was quite loud. Otherwise, our short stay was delightful!

For the past month, some colleagues were staying here, and I got to visit several times.

The rooms are a little run down with a mix of new and old. For example, the large bedroom has a large comfortable bed with a decorative headboard, but the bathroom easily could have been 50 years old.

Though pretty quiet for being in Fifth Ave, you may be forced to park across the street up a little hill. If you have any trouble walking, you'd be better served somewhere else.
