Great place to stay when going to a Steelers or Pirates game. This hotel is located exactly between the two stadiums. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it's a short walk to food and games. I will definitely stay here again next time I go see the Steelers play.

I normally stay at IHG properties, so I was not accustom to some of their policies. I felt like the cost of the room was overpriced. The price of parking is repugnant. If you're visiting Pittsburgh and don't mind to stay just outside the city, I would suggest that over staying downtown. However, the staff was friendly. they were very accommodating. The room was clean and had decent features. However, it's much smaller than what I receive from IHG. Checking was a bit hectic too.

Hotel was great! Bed was comfortable, shower was of the rare variety where you can easily adjust the temperature. Location was very convenient. My husband's only complaint was that there were no pastries on the breakfast bar (but the rest of the options they had were delicious).

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Hotel had everything you expect from a Hyatt Place, plus an awesome location. It was right next to PNC Park where we went to a Pirates game. But, surrounding waterfront area was a pleasant surprise. Only thing to watch for is the rooms near the highway. Knew to ask for one on the opposite side and had a very quiet night.

We only stayed for a night and pretty much only slept here. The room was clean, comfy and roomy. The bed was fantastic and the shower was hot! The front desk was awesome and so polite.

Great location near stadiums downtown, river walks, and children's museum. Nicely appointed rooms of decent size. Decent breakfasts, including a hot choice and lactose free alternatives at breakfast. Odd layout to lobby.

Got an amazing deal on this place. Room is nice, big bed and pull out couch. TV swivels so can view from anywhere. Staff are nice but breakfast in morning is hectic and they kept running out of basics (cups, napkins, plates). Be careful of rooms at end of the hall - overlook highway which can be a tad noisy at night

Hotel had everything you expect from a Hyatt Place, plus an awesome location. It was right next to PNC Park where we went to a Pirates game. But, surrounding waterfront area was a pleasant surprise. Only thing to watch for is the rooms near the highway. Knew to ask for one on the opposite side and had a very quiet night.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly. Our rate was very reasonable as well. The hotel is right outside of PNC park which made for beautiful views. This hotel also had one of the best free continental breakfasts we've ever had. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel wit a great indoor pool. I didn't like the fact that there was no tub in our room, only a shower but that was not enough to mar our stay. Breakfast is great with plenty of hot, real food choices as well as cereal, Bagels and donuts.

The rooms were beautiful and the staff was friendly. Our rate was very reasonable as well. The hotel is right outside of PNC park which made for beautiful views. This hotel also had one of the best free continental breakfasts we've ever had. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to PNC park. Housekeeping was not the best. Sure they made the bed and ran a vacuum. But during my week stay they forgot to replace used towels that I left on the floor like you are supposed to do if you need new towels. Also didn't change out the cups for coffee or water. Overall it was a clean hotel answer staff were friendly. Not the worst I've stayed at but next time I Pittsburgh I'll probably give another place the opportunity to earn my money.

This hotel was excellent. It was very clean - looked new. The value was exceptional. Although I used points, the actual nightly rate was very reasonable considering how close to the city and shopping this hotel was. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The amount of shopping around the hotel was incredible.
