Staff was very nice, (King size bed and sofa)Room was awesome, breakfast was great. If I'm ever in need of another room I'd stay here. Who doesn't like bear shaped waffles?

Nice place. Like the separate sitting area. Complimentary breakfast was great. Good location with restaurants and shopping Only steps away. Only drawback is the bathroom. The toilet and tub are private (have a door) but the sink area faces the bedsin short depending on who you're traveling with, you may find yourself dressing in the small area near the tub! For couples or families with young children this is not a problem. We were traveling with teenagersall in all, we would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel while my mother was in the hospital. The room was very nice however when I pulled the covers back to get in bed I found many black hairs that looked like pubic hairs. I called the front desk and although the manager brought clean sheets and a clean comforter she never offered to remake the bed not did she apologize for the inconvenience of having to find a dirty bed at midnight after a long day at the hospital with my mom. I also told her that there was hair in the sink and tub to which I got no reply. It's a shame that such a nice hotel had such poor customer service and I that paid to stay in a room in which I had to make the bed and wipe hair off the tub and sink.

Lovely clean place. Very family friendly. Also great for business travel. The area is nice lots to do. both for adults and kids. The staff is friendly. Their breakfast counter had a lot of choices from freshly made eggs to fresh fruits to waffles.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were a couple things i wish were better. 1 - the pool was very small, 2 - i didn't sleep well in their beds, 3 - our ironing board was broken. But, i did have a nice stay despite the mentioned things.

Single king is pretty big, double queen much bigger, bathroom has sink located outside of it so that one person can be showering and the other getting ready by the sink. Another sink located near the entrance by the pull put sofa, with a microwave, refrigerator and safe. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options. A huge place to meet or hang out near the entrance. Pool and workout room also very nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, and a separate space for work and relaxation from the bed room space.

Staff was friendly, and there's a decent small workout facility. Updated and sheets don't absolutely wreak of bleach and are not stiff like a lot of hotels.

This was my first time staying at this Springhill, it is convenient to whatever highway runs through the area. The hotel is nearby several food options, you'll need them because there's no on-site restaurant. Although there's no on-site restaurant, there is a passable breakfast with the typical business travel breakfast (powdered eggs, ubiquitous waffle maker, cereal, bread, fruit, yogurt).

The staff didn't make an impression one way or another, but seemed friendly enough.

The room was decently appointed, although, my coffee maker didn't work; fortunately, there was a steady supply of coffee in the lobby. The sound insulation left a little bit to be desired as the joyous patter of children in the hallway could be heard in my room quite clearly.

Room was clean and the hotel well kept. Friendly and courteous staff. The pool was an added bonus although smaller than I expected. No real complaints except the pullout bed matress could have been a little better. Over all happy and would stay again.
