This place is awful! Stayed here with a group of over 60 people and had to beg to get our rooms cleaned. Also we had 2 meals in their large party rooms with their in house catering. Ran out of food every meal, service was awful and the food tasted like it came out of a very old frozen bag. Was horrible quality. When asking for coffee at meals we were told it was still frozen so they didn't have any. I've never had such a bad experience with a hotel in my life. Don't go here!!!!

Very pleased with this hotel. It was luxurious, had a nice bar and restaurant, the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable. The only reason I gave only four stars was because of the location. Very commercial area with common stores like Lowe's, etc. Not what I want to see out of my hotel window.

I stay at this Hilton frequently. I have always found it to be one of the better hotel experiences. Location is convenient to most things in Erie. Rooms are standard Hilton - no surprises there. But the food, especially hot breakfast, is quite good. Would be nice if they accepted digital key like other Hilton's though.

My fiance and I stayed one night in the king suite w Jacuzzi and the price was okay, 219$ for the night. We thought that was a bit pricey, but we got more than we thought. Big bathroom w shower, a second smaller bathroom without one, Jacuzzi next to the bed, a separate living space. It was very well worth it and wish I could stay longer. The staff was okay, they didn't tell us checkout time or much about breakfast so we missed that. And they were busy talking w one another to not help much, but my fiance and I already had dinner plans and the night figured out, so we didn't need them. But it was annoying. I would come back though

Clean hotel. Good amenities. Staff is attentive. Would suggest an upgrade to the door closest to the front desk so that it can be functional. Given the layout with no parking in front walking to the traditional front door with luggage in cold windy wet conditions seems to be out of the way with the emergency door located where it is. It just needs a two door setup so the cold winds don't come in.

The service was great. The staff were pleasant, welcoming and accomadating from the front desk clerk to housekeeping to the servers at breakfast and the bar area. I would definitely stay there again and/or recommend them to anyone.

We really like this hotel and other Hilton's. We get great service, very clean rooms. And meet nice people. Only down side is no free breakfast.

The Hotel is well maintained and close to North East Marina, as well as many excellent local wineries. The front desk service was very welcoming and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this Hotel!

We stayed 3 nights and it was fine. We had a junior suite for 2 adults and two kids and had plenty of space. We did two loads of laundry and the machines cost 1.50 each. Only negatives were no safe in the room and we repeatedly only got 3 new towels every day instead of 4. Minor things and everything else was fine.

The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and well stocked. The concierge was very helpful and the staff were very happy to help. The lobby was fantastic. There was free coffee and tea in the morning, and water and lemonade in the afternoon. The restaurant was great. The breakfast was fantastic! We really enjoyed the made-to-order counter - the chocolate chip pancakes were delicious! Overall, a grear stay!

Nice hotel, conveniently located right of the interstate. A large parking lot, with chargers for Tesla cars.. pretty neat. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great.
The room was very nice.. clean, modern, and comfortable. No noise from the interstate, so a great nights sleep.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Rooms are clean and pool is awesome. The buffet breakfast was a little disorganized but otherwise would definitely recommend. Great location in Erie. Close to many major restaurants and attractions.

This is a nice hotel. The room was large and clean, the staff pleasant and helpful. We could even see Lake Erie from our room. The downside, the bed was just ok, the pillows were awful and the A/C sounded like a jet engine when it turned on. I would probably look for another option if I stay on this area again.

Great hotel, as usual. Consistently nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice little bar in/near the lobby, and amazing breakfast! Either enjoy the pre-made items or have something made to order. My company books us here and I couldn't be happier.
