Very nice and clean hotel, friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Easy to find and plenty of parking. We got the two bedroom suite and it felt like home everything we needed and more!

Very nice. Relaxed and cozy feeling. Nice and neat conference rooms. The location is on the busy side. The service is not the greatest but okay to have a meeting there.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They made sure all our needs were taken care of and gave us great recommendations. We chose this hotel for our anniversary and they even left us flowers in our room! Best hotel we've ever stayed at and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel that also has a great price! 10/10

Nice place. Good breakfast. Courteous service. Terrible mattress and pillows. Your head and body sink all the way down. Near every possible restaurant or retail shop you could possibly want. A+ on location.

Nice Hotel. Pretty large room. Offered me a glass of wine as they had a special event the night I stayed there. Nothing major, but rooms could be refurbished. Again, nothing major and probably one of the best hotel in Erie.

Great location, and staff is very nice. That being said, we had a queen suite which was nice, but looked kinda rundown. The bed was comfortable bit the pillows were much to flat for me, and the comforter felt like sandpaper. The bathroom was spacious as far as hotel bathrooms go, and it looked fairly clean. But my main complaint is the noise. There seems to be no sound proofing at all in this building. I could tell you everytime the guest above or next to us went to the bathroom or even just walked around the room. And you can hear the constant hum of the highway. So would I stay here again? Maybe, but only if I could haggle to a lower price.

For almost $200/night I would think to be treated with a little bit of respect by the front desk employees. Nope. The gentleman needs customer service training and fast!
When in the privacy of the room I'm paying almost $200/night for, I don't expect random hotel employees to just let themselves in the room to "check" it? I know what you're thinking and no, it wasn't housekeeping. I'd been there about 45 minutes and thankfully was not in the middle of something that would have embarrassed me. This is my second poor experience at this hotel. I'm going with two strikes and you're out.response / report this review -

Free breakfast clean room friendly staff great place to stay if you're going to prepare your family meals I recommend this place to anybody can't wait to come back just wish the prices wasn't so high

Disappointed with this visit. Although everything was clean, other things were less than we had experience here before. Some things were small, such as the poor quality tissues that felt like sand paper on your nose. Others were major like the soggy mattress that was so soft that I woke up with back and neck problems. My son's room smelled horrible. The details that had always been carefully taken care of on earlier visits to this place were missing. With so many choices of hotels in Erie I wonder why I should come back to the Homewood here again.

We luv it here. Stay here every time we come up to see family which is almost every year. Best hotel in area. We won't stay anywhere else. Hotel staff is the best.

Hotel staff working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is pet friendly, and the room has nice amenities. Free breakfast in the mornings is hot and delicious. Only complaint was that I wasn't expecting any carpet in the room, which to me is a bit of an odd choice for a pet-friendly location; made me worry about pet accidents but overall a very nice location.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, service, and rooms were superior in size! Two bedrooms separated with living space and kitchen. Even had a fireplace! Each bedroom had own bedroom! Loved it!
