The whole experience was awesome! The room was awesome. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was super awesome especially kim. She was knowledgeable , super kind, and helpful. My boyfriend and i are looking forward to our next stay there.

Great staff & service. Everyone is nice & helpful. Rooms are nice but oddly shaped.. but the Jacuzzi bath tub makes up for the shape of the rooms. Still would recommend staying there.

The service was great. The facilities are nice. Location is great (right by the mall). The bed were fine. The only two flaws were the pillows every one I tried was lumpy and not very comfortable and they're was no vent in the bathroom that "vented" a smell effectively and efficiently.

Stayed at this hotel two weeks ago over a weekend and loved it. It's located in an area very close to shops and restaurants. The public areas and rooms were very clean. The staff very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business/training. Very nice accommodations. My room(s) were clean, comfortable and well set up. Continental breakfast each morning was great. Staff was courteous & knowledgeable. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants and not far from drive to places. Mill Creek Mall handy. Rates were good.

Front Desk staff awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Room clean and beds made to perfection.

Excellent place to stay. Get a room with a Jacuzzi if you can. Very clean, comfy bed. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

We stayed at this hotel for one night so that we could go to Presque Isle. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Our 3 children had fun playing the scavenger hunt they have for the kids. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast they had in the morning. 24 hr coffee was a bonus.

We stayed in one of the whirlpool rooms and it was very nice. The bed was nice and they gave the option of fluffy or foam pillows. The TV's were very nice including one mounted on the wall by the bed. It was also nice that checkout was not until 12 which gave us a little more time to get ready in the morning. While we did not use it the pool looked really nice even though it wasn't that big. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great including eggs, sausage, bagels, English muffins, croissants, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit.

Fantastic Whirlpool Suite. Tub was modern and clean, came with separate Whirlpool tubs. Two televisions, a nice sectional and wet bar. Paul Mitchell hair products and lemon sage body products. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is one of the best!

Dawn the AGM was fantastic this week, I needed help with some office work and she saved the day! They even made me guest of the day. My daughter loved the cute towel animals! Kim, Sean, Bryan, Liz were all fantastic! Housekeeping was so good all those lovely ladies made my room sparkle, professional and so kind to me. I trust this hotel and feel safe here. Thank you guys!
