Decent room. Could have been bigger for the money. Pool could have been a lot cleaner. All in all a decent place to stay.

The rooms were okay, but tough to get things. Never made the beds when gone all day. Also there was an odor to the room.
Exercise room was nice.
Pool area was beautiful.
DO NOT FORGET ANYTHING!!! My daughter thought I was picking up when I was packing and put stuff in a bed stand. I returned to the hotel shortly after leaving and was told by the front desk he needed to talk to the cleaning crew and would call. I explained I was just staying down the road due to a house fire. No one one called. I called several more times. More run around. Was told they had to talk to the leader of the cleaning crew and would contact me Monday. I finally reached someone on Tuesday and of coarse they "didn't" find anything. Not bad enough that my family is displaced, lost two family pets, all of our belongings, but now the hotel ($100 in merchandise and son's homework).

Very nice hotel with many amenities. Very inexpensive for all that they offer. I was there midweek, so I don't know what their weekend prices are.

The location was a little far from downtown, but very convenient to the state park. The room was fine, if a little old and dirty, and the room was too warm even after adjusting the heat settings. The exterior door didn't lock, which from a safety standpoint was concerning. The bed was alright, a little lumpy. Overall not the worst hotel experience I've had, but far from the best.

This is definitely not a three star hotel. Everything was extremely dated and worn. There were stains on the furniture and everything seemed like it could use a good cleaning. The rooms and hallways also smelled very musty and unpleasant. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff, who were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for the price and would spend the extra 10 or 20 dollars and stay elsewhere.

This restaurant was absolutely fantastic!
Upper class. The service was amazing. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing. I have nothing but good things to say. I'm definitely going back. $100 for 2 people. A little pricey, but definitely worth it:)response / report this review -

Nice place for our work dinner. Pretty good service. The food was good. It was very odd how they set up the portable bar in the hallway rather than in the ballroom not sure why they did that. Otherwise, it was good.

I had a blast.. The pool was amazing.. "Very clean and comfortable rooms' an room service was very good.. staff were professional an polite so nice that I'm definitely going to go back.

Came for a weekend getaway with my lady and was pleasantly surprised by how much you get for the modest pricing of the rooms. We loved the breakfast buffet! The room was quiet and comfortable and the facility is all around impressive. The hot tub and pool area was especially nice since we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves.

Stayed on the third floor near the pool. Pool and surrounding areas were very nice and modern. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower and bath were neatly laid out with plenty of towels. Shower's water pressure was excellent, although the water took some time to heat up. The decor of the room was fairly dated and not as modernized as the pool and restaurant areas. Still overall satisfied with my stay.

Nice indoor pool. Love the hot tub. King size bed was a little uncomfortable. Awesome breakfast but you have to pay for it. Its not complimentary. I've stayed here a few times. Its good.

When we checked in they tried to charge us again for breakfast that we already paid for with our reservation. Once we got that worked out and got to the room the fan in the bathroom didn't work and bathroom was small. Wanted to relax at the pool and adults were drinking and coxing their kids to fight in the pool. No lifeguards or hotel staff in the pool area to supervise pool. Kids as young as 5 hogging the hot tub so adults couldn't use it. Signs everywhere stating no one younger then 14 in the hot tub. Other then that great location. May stay again if I ever go back up that way.

Great place to stay, offering discounts for patients. Close to the entrance to Presque Isle. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Older hotel so hallways need a little TLC. That's why I gave it a 4. Lots of parking. Nice breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.

The hotel was very clean, they had a fantastic restaurant on site which also had a live band on a Wednesday evening. The rooms were comfy and the staff actually went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I will definitely book this hotel again when I am in the area!

The hotel was clean and our stay was great. Tried the room service and really enjoyed it. Sweet Potato Fries and Brisket with chocolate cake. Fantastic! We did has some noisy neighbors, though.
