Did the job. The kids loved the bunk beds and the Jacuzzi tub. Ceiling fan in bathroom began leaking in middle of night and drenched the floor of the bathroom and the heating unit was difficult to adjust. Breakfast had healthy options which was nice. It was great that it was attached to Splash lagoon.

Best Splash Lagoon Hotel! In my opinion. Room was nice and clean breakfast was good! I really liked it staff was amazing and very helpful! Every Holiday Inn I have stayed at has been great! I would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in the executive suite. There is a fire place, 2 TV's (no DVD player), 2 burner stove (no oven), full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, one pot, one skillet, one turner and one large plastic serving spoon/ladle. There were plates and bowls, but only 2 forks and 4 knives. There was a dish rag, dish towel and dish soap. The water in the kitchen sink only seemed to run hot while the water in the bathroom sink only seemed to run cold. There are two queen beds and a desk and chair in the bedroom and a pull out couch, arm chair, dining table and 4 chairs in the living room. It was very convenient to be able to go between the hotel and splash lagoon so we came back for lunch instead of having to eat there. The breakfast was okay. (Powdered) eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, cereal, pancake maker, yogurt, fruit, bagels and assorted breads, juices, coffee/tea, etc. One day had biscuits and gravy and the other day had cinnamon rolls. If I was going to Splash lagoon again, I would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone else.

Stayed here for two nights while we went to Splash Lagoon. The Holiday Inn is attached and is the closest of the three attached hotels. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. In fact, they serve breakfast from both sides of their dinning room which made it much easier to get in and out despite the number of people there. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if we return to Splash Lagoon.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh, and plentiful. The hotel is in a great location right off I90 and close to all the shopping amenities of the area. Being attached to Splash Lagoon means your are literally a couple steps away from the indoor water park. This hotel and hotel brand offers great value.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel room with a queen and a bunk for my kids was perfect. Our room did have a leak in the ceiling at some point, but wasn't a problem for us. Only true negative I have is, we were a little turned off finding hair when we turned back our sheets, and also in the bathroom. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay and the convenience to Splash Lagoon was worth the extra $.

If you're taking kids to Splash Lagoon, this hotel is a must. The kid suites are the answer to your vacation, with everything you need and your kids need, and some semblance of privacy for you and the kids in the same room. Also, the breakfast needs to be mentioned. This isn't your typical hotel variety continental breakfast. It's actual breakfast food. It's eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, yogurt, and a lot of other actual food. The best part is that you can spend an entire day or more of enjoyment at Splash Lagoon with your kids. Two hours riding water slides, an hour of rest in your comfortable room, two hours of slides. you get the point. Finally, there's a wonderfully large jacuzzi tub in the suite where you can schvitz after the kids retire from exhaustion.

Rooms were clean upon arrival and were maintained well by staff throughout our stay. There is a water park and arcade attached to the hotel which provide extra excitement! Breakfast is complimentary and the wifi is very good! I was able to upload articles and stream videos with no issue!

Great room, it was clean and spacious there was space for a tiny fridge and a microwave and a pullout couch. Convenient location and it was decently priced,the staff were friendly and were glad to help with questions we had about the area. Busy place but clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place, great for families with lots of activities next door to keep occupied.

It was a great get away with the kids being connected to Splash Lagoon. Front desk was friendly and always helpful. I am eating a 3 because house keeping was horrible. After the first night they never came in and made the beds. I complained to the front desk. The next day they finally came around after 3pm. We had put the sign out to have our sheets replaced. They asked me what we really needed because they were running really late and out of sheets so did I really need them changed. She finally "found" fitted sheets and pillow cases. After complaining again to the front desk they came back in and changed all of the beds.

We had a fantastic stay. 5 people (3 of which were teens). We were in a suite with a hide-a-bed. The Hide-a-bed was not one of those uncomfortable ones with springs and bars in your back; it was a very comfortable foam fold out! There was also easy access on and off the interstate!

We had a great stay here. The ladies at the reception desk were a little backed up when we got there but they were very apologetic and friendly even though they had to be quite stressed. Our room was ready early, which was nice. We got a kids suite, let me tell you how cool! The room itself was huge, then there was a separate little room with a bunk bed and another TV. The kids loved it. The bathroom was nice and big too with a large tub. I will have no problem coming back again!
