Very expensive gas and an attitude that they are doing you a favor to let you fill up your car. Don't even bother to ask for an invoice if you need one. The guy who tried to issue my invoice typed with a single finger and took him 15 minutes to do it. Horrible service, appauling attitude and expensive products. Avoid if you can! Shame for a city that prides itself for friendliness.

Great place to stay! Very clean and helpful front desk employees. Beds were a little hard, but would stay again!

Just had to leave after being offered a king room for four people when our confirmation was for a suite as part of group reservation made months ago. Supposedly sold out and couldn’t accommodate a request for even two queens. Very poor customer service! Not sure how your bad planning became my emergency. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for group events!

This Hilton Garden Inn has a friendly, professional staff that made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. They anticipated my needs at every turn and provided service above expectations. My room was clean and modern and comfortable. Hotel has a great selection of amenities. Definitely a nice stay!

Nice place, stayed here for my dad's surgery. It's pretty close to a few hospitals in the area.

Busch league hotel. Looks like an old hotel they tried to pretty up. Not new/modern like typical Hilton Garden Inn. Not bad, just plain old hotel. Lobby's nice.

This hotel is the worst. It cost $120 a night and we had to stay for two nights. The hot tub heater was broken and only had luke cold water. Then the next morning we went down for breakfast only to find out it cost $11 for less than average food. What 3 star mediocre chain hotel doesn't have free breakfast? I was less than impressed. It's expensive and doesn't include standard amenities. I will not pay to stay at Hilton's again.

Never have I been so insulted by the front desk. The guy was just rude. Huffing and puffing because I wanted to pay cash for a incidental. Then tells me I have a bad attitude. Thanks for reminding me why I never stay at Hiltons. On top of it Fox News was blocked. The only channel blocked. Never stay here.

The location is great if need to be in the Highlands Ranch area. It is between two freeway exits so it is easy to get to from both directions. It is close enough to the freeway, but not so close to be able to hear the freeway noise. It is located in a business district, so it was very quiet there on the weekend. There are several good restaurant choices close by. The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room rate was the best we could find in the area.

Excellent stay. Excellent location. Got upgraded to a suite, which was greatly enjoyed (especially the big tub). Didn't eat breakfast there since it seemed kind of pricy, but there are options nearby for breakfast. Would stay here again if in the area!

My husband and I were in the area for a wedding and picked this hotel because of my husband's rewards account. We were able to pay for most of our two night stay with points! Even better yet, we were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite for no charge! Beautiful and clean suite at a convenient location. Only complaint is you have to pay $12 for breakfast, but there's a McDonald's right across the street so we took advantage of that. :)

The hotel itself was fine and the meal I ate was good. The problem I had was with the cable T.V. All of the cable news network channels were available except the hotel management decided to block Fox news channel. I asked the front desk about it and the response I got was that the owners are not fond of Fox news. So there you have it. The left still trying to control the right.
