I was just at the hotel for a professional event, and it was very nice. The staff are very nice and the room was everything we needed for the event. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because the temp of the room. It was very cold in the front and warm in the back. Other then that, I'm very satisfied.

This is a great place to stay! The suites are HUGE and comfortable. Everything is always very clean. We stayed here the night before having our newest baby since it is right next to the hospital. My extremely pregnant wife has some very specific requests for food and Trappers delivered. Literally. A lot of times, we go here just to eat at Trappers. It's amazing. Friendly staff, fair prices, great hotel all around. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is very nice, the staff is friendly and the location couldn't be easier to find as a traveler not familiar with the area. The restaurant I did try out the breakfast and it was extremely disappointing. $10 for two eaggs, bacon, toast and potatoes. Needless to say my eggs were cooked wrong..I requested hard. Waited about 20 minutes just to get my change back. Wish I was able to enjoy dinner here but I'd forgo the breakfast.

Wife and I got a Suite for the weekend. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the room was dirty - there was a yellow ring around the inside of the hot tub. Also, the air conditioner in the room didn't work. We called the front desk to let them know and ask if they had a box fan or something similar to help cool the room, but they simply replied that no one in housekeeping was available and hung up on us. We will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

The hotel was fantastic. I was there for a professional training event. Service on the staff and facility were great. We made a few special requests on our lunch menu and all of what we asked for was met. Would definitely go back again for training or be an over night guest

Nice, clean hotel. Coffee downstairs in the lobby is always available (and a plus!). 4th floor houses an excellent steakhouse called Trapper's. Beds are a little too springy for my taste but comfortable non the less. Courteous customer service reps as well!

Can't speak to the hotel, but the top floor has a restaurant named "Trappers" that is awesome. You can order a steak cooked to your likingbor you can order a steak partially cooked. For the partially cooked they bring you a 600 degree stone that you use to cook it the rest of the way. I always get the stone as each individual bite that you take is nice and hot. You have no one to blame but yourself if you dont like the way it is cooked. Also great food besides the Steak, great service, and live music that adds a nice touch.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The restaurant is wonderful! They have a small menu. But, everything is very fresh and delicious. The Venison was amazing! Be prepared to spend money since everything on the menu is top of the line.
