Sadly this particular La Quinta has left a very bad taste in my mouth. My wife and 22 month old daughter stayed here recently after my brother in law passed. During our stay we could not find our keys and was searching in the usual places I looked in between the bed and night stand to see what appeared to be a syringe. I pulled back the night stand and sure enough it was a used needle and syringe with what appeared to be dark fluid remains. While this is very unfortunate considering I have a 22 month old toddler running around that stays in everything and if she would've spotted this she would've without a doubt tried to get her hands on this, this saddest part was how the hotel handled it. I reported to front desk and had hotel remove the needle immediately. Considering the magnitude of how bad this could have been you would think some would reach out but I had to go find a manager 2 days later and ask if they were aware and see if they cared I spoke with the manager and assistant manager and was told "we know about it, we refunded 40 dollars to you. We know you had a visitor one day, could it have been you sister?" I am a Elite member with La Quinta and was blown off and accused at the end of the day I reported to cooperate and was suppose to receive a call within a couple of days and it's been a week. I guess it's more important to deflect. My only hope is people see this and be extra cautious for their children and their sake.

The 2 room suites are nice in case people go to bed at different times,, and they're pet friendly which is a must for us. The breakfast isn't anything special, and there was only 1 person restocking everything, so the wait was long for everything. Have had better stays here in the past 5 years we've been coming here. Spoke to the front desk about the tub not draining and they did offer to move us to a different room, but we'd already unpacked so didn't want to. Thought they would've had a maintenaince person working. But we'll stay here again, locations great and love the suites.

I use this hotel for business whenever I am in Denver. The staff is some of the warmest and friendly hotel staff I have worked with. They serve a great breakfast and have super comfortable rooms. I also highly recommend them for meeting space. They can accommodate a lot of different needs and are super hospitable.

The staff was very welcoming and very friendly. We had 2 cats with us and they made sure we had a room on the first floor close to a door so we could get them in and out of the hotel easier. The reason I am giving it a three star and not five is for a couple reasons, the first reason is for the $75 incidental fee hold on our bank account on top of the charge for the room. And the second is the bathroom. My wife and I had just driven 9 hours from El Paso to Denver and we both felt gross from driving all day. When we went to take a shower there was a big spot in the bathtub that looked more like grime that hadn't been cleaned than anything else so we were unable to shower. Upon checkout we notified the staff and they said they would look into it. All in all it was a fine place to sleep for a night.

I/we stayed one night at this hotel and felt very welcome by the staff. Check in was easy and so was check out. Here again all staff all the way to room cleaning personnel were very kind and courteous. We were way on the north end of the building, ground floor, and it was a weird confusing journey to get to the morning breakfast location and simplest way was going outside around and into the front but the weather was good. I liked it for another reason and that being Brothers BBQ was right close by and didn't have to drive anywhere to eat. Room was very clean.

Was quite disappointed, both rooms we rented we're not very clean. We booked two King suites and got 1 king suite and a Double Queen. There was residue where the last guests soap had been and toilet paper stuck to the kickboard where the toilet had backed up and over flowed. The continental breakfast was also very lackluster, the toaster didn't work. There was a blood stain on the pullout, needless to say it was not used.

Super super GHETTO. INCREDIBLY DIRTY, broken bottles everywhere, missing pieces of furniture in rooms, a really bad smelling place, the air conditioning vents are narley, screens are pushed out and or missing entirely from ghetto gangbangers and drug dealers trying to get away from the police by jumping out of them. The vending machines took more money off my card several times then I authorized and the "free" upgraded room was no better then an "arcade room" in an adult porn store.

Nice staff. Quick and friendly. The setup of the room is great but the cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par. Fresh sheets and towels, toiletries etc but you could tell no vacuum had been run. Food on the floor. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Not easy to get to either from the construction. Due to the construction they had a furry visitor with a long rat tail big enough to ride. I was wondering when I got to New York then I realized I was in Colorado lol. Also noticed a couple of non harmful bugs on the inside of the window that decided to join us. The elevator was broken so everyone had to go past our room to get to theirs. Very loud.

We have stayed many times at this La Quinta. Original and main reason is that dogs are allowed with no additional charge. Rooms are renovated recently but they could have gone the extra little bit to make them better. For instance there are cottage cheese ceilings, old tubs, and the televisions are small. As far as the televisions go, they could have gotten slightly larger models and it would greatly enhance the room appearance. It is 2017, this is a small price to pay. This is especially noticable in the suites, which are nice and large but highlight the small electronics. The suites are large but have tons of wasted space- i.e. a kitchen area with space for a sink on the large bar counter but instead sent you to the bathroom for water. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. The entire common areas are well kept. Parking seems safe and is sufficient. Location is Good

The room upon first glance was spacious and well decorated. It was only after settling in for the night that I noticed the floors had not been mopped, dressers drawers were full of food particles, the bed frames were full of dirt. Then after giving my nephew a bath I realized the tub would not drain. I told front desk about the plumbing issues so they moved my room. The room they moved us into was was even more dirty, but it was late and the tub drained so I stayed. In the morning my nephew started playing and opening drawers, were he found marijuana, mind you, he is only 2. I did get hotel staff to clean that immediately, but they didn't seem to care that, there was used dental picks (not from me) in the bathroom behind the door. The fan vents clearly hadn't been dusted in months and there were dust bunnies in bathroom by tub. This is by far the dirtiest motels I have ever stayed in, and I will not be returning.

This was not the best La Quinta experience I've ever had. Check-in took much longer than expected due to there being only one employee on site that might. The poor lady was doing her best, but with six people in line and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing, she just couldn't keep up! The room was clean enough in most respects, but there were oily fingerprints on the furniture and a nasty stain in the shower that should have been cleaned up before putting a guest in the room. (I didn't call about it though, because the one employee on site couldn't really have done anything at that point.) I decided to just keep my shoes on & try to get some work done, but that was a non-starter due to the fact that the free WiFi was so slow neither my phone nor my laptop would connect without timing out and giving up. All in all, this was a place to rest overnight before going back to work in the morning. But not much more than that.

For paying full price for their most expensive room, I was disappointed. Elevators not functioning properly. Ice machines not working on half the floors. Dirty fixtures. Ceiling texture stained and partially missing above jetted tub. Carpets in halls were stained all over. Door to parking lot wouldn't shut tight. The good part was that it was close to fiddlers green, and the bed was comfy

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in the first night and went to bed.only to find a stain on bed linens the next morning. Complained to front desk and voiced my disgust that sheets were not changed from prior guest. Completely unsanitary and disgusting! Staff assured me sheets would be changed by the time we got back. Left hotel at 11 AM and returned at 7 PM and SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED and no clean towels. Front desk clerk stated there were no available rooms because they "overbooked". She then told me she would bring me new sheets. After waiting for 2 hours I had to go back to the desk because I had no sheets. Front desk clerk gave me the wrong size sheets and I had to go back to the desk again. After telling me I might not get sheets to fit a double bed, again because they "overbooked", she eventually found some and I had to change my own sheets. Today my son and I left at 10 AM and returned at 6 PM and AGAIN no services provided.beds weren't made and no clean towels. Went to the front desk and was told "there is a green dot by your name in the computer which means your room was done ". I made the front desk clerk come back to my room with me to see for herself that nothing was done.

This is unacceptable and appalling. I took a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Colorado and it was ruined by this hotel. I have never had an experience like this. Disgusting!

    Doesn't even deserve one star

Absolutely wonderful!! I personally love La Quinta's but this is by far the best I've stayed in!! Room was spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. Met 2 housekeepers who were super friendly, sociable, and very helpful. Plus a couple maintenance guys crossed it paths and were very friendly and full of smiles. Not too mention, the GM saw us in the hot tub early and came over just to turn the Jets on so the kids would be even more entertained. I have no idea why the reviews don't reflect how also this place is; but if you get a chance, you should stay here! Outstanding!!!

We chose La Quinta because there's no charge for pets. Check in was easy and staff members were friendly. Initial room smelled strange, and the staff changed our room without fuss. Rooms are clean and recently renovated; they're really nice. Also, the rooms are huge!
