This is a very nice, newer facility with large clean rooms and comfortable beds - I would have given a 5 star review based off of just the rooms. The front staff when I checked in was very uncaring - like I was a huge inconvenience for them to check me in. Then upon checkout they couldn't provide me an invoice, and again acted as if I was asking for the world when I requested one. I would stay here again, but would also hope that they improve thier customer service skills considerably

This place may be a good place for travelers who stay for few days but it is an abusive job for a legal U.S. residant , who was working 5 month in 2017 as a kitchen attandant and welcomed all foriegner and American guests and Pilates and flight attendants but was never appreciated and respected as an employee or as a ligal U.S. worker.

Very clean, close to airport with a free shuttle. Staff was friendly, breakfast had plenty of options. I would stay again. Also, next to a recreational dispensary.

It was a nice hotel with clean. Quick and friendly check inn. Decent bar, too. I did not eat at the restaurant however the food I did see looked good. Quick easy stay and yohr way out of DEN. They have a shuttle to and from the airport.

We just needed a place to sleep while visiting a sick relative, an thr holiday Inn was great for that. I'd give 5 stars but my room was missing it's smoke detectors, and my Aunts room had trouble with the door latch. Maybe a bit more maintenance is in order.

Staff were great, I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns and this one is well run. I appreciated that they wrapped the fresh fruit (apples) individually. But the walls are a bit thin, so we heard doors opening and closing in the halls. While it is very close to the airport, you don't hear the planes.

Extremely convenient location for flying in and out of Denver airport. Breakfast was good. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Parking could be an issue if you check in late as this facility's parking is used as a paid lot for certain airport customers.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it's always very pleasant. The rooms are great, comfortable bedding, a complimentary breakfast and the staff are welcoming. The biggest hang-up I have with this hotel is they have a shared ride shuttle that shuttles between two different hotels and sharing the van with the Delta crew was completely and utterly terrible. They basically tried to hold seats for their own crew members and talked about how the hotels are obligated to make sure that they get on first before other people. They were rude and obnoxious and if the hotel has so many patrons they need to have individual shuttle service for their one hotel. With the limited number of seats, a Delta crew that flew in internationally could take up the entire van and if the van is late that leaves no seats for passengers who were waiting for the same length of time. That's my only gripe but I think it's an important one.

The only reason this dump gets any stars are because the two woman working at the desk are the kindest most professional anywhere. The hotel aside from that is filthy. The rooms aren't cleaned well. Hairs in the bed, floors dirty and the public areas are dirty. We've complained for years, but our job still requires us to stay there from time to time. I avoid it whenever possible. We stay in other Holiday inn Express locations in us and Mexico and this is the only truly gross one. The others are not the best, but good enough. Don't stay here.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Easy access and close to gas for returning my rental car at the airport. Good views of the mountains in the distance. Room was clean and quiet.
