Great hotel, great staff and great rooms. Took good care of everything. Tony and the other staff were very helpful in resolving any issues I had. Would definately recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel looks good and the room is quite nice. Although price is quite high specially whan it doesn't include breakfast. In case you are interested in having breakfast you will need to add 12.95$ (before tax)

My wife and I went there for a Valentine's weekend getaway. It was the best stay of a hotel for the price and amenities that you receive.
Everything was wonderful from the CLEAN pool and hot tub, to the atmosphere, friendly staff, making our stay the best.
The manager and staff ensured that our room was perfect, helping me to surprise my wife with flowers and balloons in the room.
Although the breakfast was not free, it was well worth the price of paying for the buffet, along with a chef preparing your your meal, fresh and hot, of whatever asked for. I am looking forward to another wonderful stay again.response / report this review -

Stayed here for several days while house hunting. Very clean and nice, professional staff. I like the green choice program they have as I usually put the “do not disturb” on the door when I am out. The buffet breakfast is very nice but can get expensive after a couple of days. The gym is small but nice. Had to compete for a treadmill in the morning. Room was nice and clean. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

While checking my card was declined because of $1.50 and the guy at the front desk said we could not pay cash even with a deposit, so unfortunately we had to leave, find an ATM and return to the hotel to check in. After settling into our room, I wanted to take a shower. When I went into the bathroom I seen that the bathtub was still dirty from the last guests. There was hair along the sides and dirt residue around the drain. When we were about to settle into bed, we both noticed that there were hands prints and finger prints all over the headboard and bed side tables.. If that wasn't bad enough, it looked as if the floor hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. There were small pieces of trash on the floor around the bed. After the hands prints alone, I quickly began to reconsider if I even wanted to stay there! Being it was the only available hotel on such short notice, we did stay.
The hotel is in a considerably nice area. Very quiet and there's a little bit of everything all around. The hotel should work a little more on their sanitary procedures and maybe I would reconsider staying again because it really is a beautiful hotel and the staff is friendly.response / report this review -

The hotel was very clean, modern and comfy. The guy who checks us in, Long, was really nice and helpful. There was another guy at the front desk (we stayed on 9/22/17) , he was training a lady earlier that day but not in the evening. When I went down for some coffee for our room he helped the guy who got there after me, then when he was done he looked at me and then walked into the back office. I was not happy at his disrespect. He even ignored me when I walked up to check in when I arrived; he once again, helped the man that came in after me. He is the reason I took a star off this place. Remember the gentleman named Long was fantastic!

It was a very good stay. Location was a bit odd, but you don't hear the interstate, so it's good. Room was nice and clean. My limited interactions with service were excellent as well. Would consider staying here in the future.

Let me count the ways. First off, I rarely write reviews. I write this one as I sit in bed for my final night's stay after begging the staff to change the blood-stained comforter in my room. It's not my blood, by the way. Don't worry, I sleep on the opposite side of the bed.
I also retrieved my own towels from the front desk all but one night during my week-long stay. That was unfortunate, as I ran out of soap on day two. The one day they changed my towels and soap was due to my extensive plea to both the staff and their manager. My trash was only emptied once during my stay. My tub and sink were also only cleaned once during my week-long stay. It was pretty gross for a hotel bathroom that is ultimately shared with other guests on a regular basis. At the end of it, they had the audacity to leave a card offering points in exchange for future voluntary deferrals of room cleanings. I was tempted to ask the hotel to retroactively reward me for all the days I involuntarily deferred my room cleaning.
My key also didn't work half the time. And while not a deal-breaker, it doesn't help in light of everything else this hotel doesn't do well.response / report this review -

The hotel itself was not bad, but housekeeping was lacking. Had to beg till get trash emptied and then they still wouldn't do even that. I expected better of an overpriced Hilton product. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced.

The staff of this Hilton Garden Inn, were not only amazing, they were the most professional and efficient hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the cook, to the servers, to the bartender, to the desk staff on 1st, second and 3rd shift. Simply amazing. Stay here, it's worth it.and trust me, I work as a Quality Assurance Manager for the largest amenity provider in the U S., so I know commendable service when I see it.

I had a very nice little room nicely decorated and very comfortable. I was able to use the workout facility which was small but efficient. The hotel is located right next door to a Mexican restaurant that has excellent food and the hotel itself has a small restaurant that serves dinner and happy hour. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant we're all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

After an exhausting day we decided to spend the night here. The room was nice and clean but the hot tub water was filthy, no pool towels, and their boiler was broken so no hot water to take a shower after. Completely unacceptable.

Got a great room on the 5th floor. The room was clean and spacious. The people there were all very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was quite tasty
