Breakfast was great room was okay but tiny unfortunately the Pool was down due to construction we should have called and checked before hand because we knew the weather was going to be bad it snowed

Chad is very professional and efficient. I was in lobby waiting for my family and watched as he helped several people during a rush. He showed no signs of stress or frustration. He accomdated them as well as us. We loved our room and enjoyed your hotel. Thank you so much. And great job, chad.

Very clean and very accommodating. We were looking for a hotel with indoor pool which they had but it was under renovation so they accommodate us by letting us use the pool at one of their sister hotel plus gave us a discount.

Great clean room . Staff polite and attentive. Pice was reasonable location is awesome there is something for everyone. 4-5am the traffic starts and the Noise begins if your looking to sleep in get a room in the middle of the building but then you have the elevators to bring another type of traffic. Pools great parking plenty Breakfast was Satisfying.

This was a decent place to stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Quite and restful.. Breakfast was included (food needs an upgrade) and the spa (which I would have used) wasn't working. The room was clean and comfortable.. Week days were a bit high priced due to the hotel catering to local businesses.

An older hotel with a dedicated staff. The rooms are on the small size but have a comfortable need and decent sized desk. Shower was small with low mounted shower head

I stayed here for work reasons. This place is so peaceful and nice. The guest services over exceed expectations. I asked for ice at the front desk and the clerk went and got it for me since I was talking on my cell. He didn't have to do that. He also told me how to get to it next time I needed it. I was tired. The rooms were so neat and tidy that I fell right to sleep for a couple hours before waking up to go get food. No disturbances and no noise.

We were driving across the country from California to Wisconsin. This was the 2nd hotel we stayed in. We reserved 2 rooms & requested Late Check-In. We arrived there around 9pm, and checked in. We only received one room because they didn't have two available. However, they provided a fold up bed free of charge. The room was amazing and very roomy & after a long day of driving ( approximately 12-hours ) all 5 of us were very tired and just wanted to rest and take a shower.
The staff was awesometastic & they later refunded us the money for the 2nd room that we didn't get.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel and highly recommend it to any one that's in the area.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. We were even given a printout of suggested places to check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

Excellent staff. Nice rooms. I was at the business center printing something out and overheard a conversation about the pool smelling bad. The front desk worker made sure to take care of the issue with the guests thoroughly. Not every hotel would do that.
