Very friendly staff. The breakfast attendant (Ms. Twin) was very helpful and nice. Beds were comfy and its location is next to restaurants and a Walmart. Overall I had a great experience!

Everything seemed clean, tidy and was well prepared when I stayed there. The bathrooms were clean and various amenities provided as well. The location was a bit harder to find, as Google maps didn't lead exactly to the inn. The little customer service I had, checking in and out, was courteous and excellent.

Awesome staff!!! We used the conference room for a birthday party, and everybody was so nice, and helpful. The conference room is a great size. Will def be back for our next event. Big thanks to Jacqlyn, and Kassandra (sorry, but I do not remember the rest of the staffs names, but everyone was great)!

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. I had to do a load of laundry during my stay and my tip is to make sure you put the dryer on the high heat setting ( I did the middle setting and had some wet cloths). Overall, nice clean place to stay.

Stayed at Hampton Inn Brighton in early September! Clean, well maintained property. Rooms were comfortable, clean, fresh! Loved the extras offered daily for breakfast. All staff were friendly, helpful, welcoming. Great place to stay when we return to visit family!

Staying here was a good experience in every way. We enjoyed the pool all to ourselves. Breakfast was above average. The staff were very friendly and let us do a late check-out. The room was clean with no bad odors. It definitely met our expectations.

We were there for less than 12 hours (from late night arrival to unexpectedly early check out) but we were very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the room, bathroom and overall building. What did the staff did to earn the 5th star? Well, while we were bustling out in the morning they helped me gather food to go for my family while my spouse packed the car with our 3 kids under 4. They're kindness and understanding were above and beyond! Thank you!

Stayed with kids. Freshly baked cookies were in the room waiting for us. Was perfect for this stop on our road trip to relax and refresh. The pool and whirlpool had towels to use. Breakfast stayed open longer than expected ( past 9am). Staff was helpful and kind. I would stay here again =)

Great place to stay. Free breakfast every morning with coffee, decaf, tea, or bottled water available all day.
The staff are eager to meet your every need. They have a gym, indoor pool, and hot tub. There are conference rooms to rent and plenty of markets nearby. If you like a quiet place to stay then this is it.
The room are nicely decorated, resonably priced, comfortable beds, and clean bathroom with shower.

For some reason, the staff at this hotel will never offer the loyalty rewards (Hilton Honors) even if they know you're a member. They make you ask for them. Only Hilton Hotel chain on earth that does this, and the employees all say their manager doesn't want them to offer it unless guests ask! Stay somewhere else if you can. Employees are nice, rooms are good. it's your basic Hampton, but not you basic hotel manager.

I don't even know how to begin this review as we are still pretty shocked over the staff members of a "HILTON" brand hotel. We stayed for several days, and it was pretty surprising. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and in a great area. However, the employee's here do not match the brand. One of the employee's looked like she hadn't showered in weeks. Her clothes didn't look much better, and you can literally smell her. In the morning when we got up for breakfast. The woman who was running the the kitchen just complained about coworkers the entire time. It was so unprofessional to bring guests into hotel drama. It didn't get much better. The woman who was working the front desk, was cursing loud enough for us all to hear, and was so unprofessional. She acted like every guest was interrupting her many smoke breaks, though I heard her mention she was pregnant (smoking while pregnant!). Zero phone, and guest etiquette, no "May you please hold? She would place a guest on speaker phone right i front of us, and just say "hold on". Well could it get much worse? Apparently so, we had left for the course of the day, that night we were having issues with sleeping (our fault for booking a King instead of a double),and just needed a roll-away bed. The night attendant was no where to be found. After looking for close to 30 minutes, we found her asleep. I just don't understand what is going on with this hotel. It has every potential in the world to be one of the best in Brighton, but the staff members just make it trashy. They looked awful, horrible manners. I just felt like I was staying in an hourly hotel based off of the staff.
