You definitely get what you pay for staying here. The staff was very friendly at check in, however we were woken up at 8:30am by a knock on our door and the cleaning ladies asking when we were leavingcheck out is 11am. The towels were stiff and smelled sour, there were spider webs in the window sill, the vanity was only a pedestal sink and no toilet seat cover on the toilet. Also, I’m pretty positive a drug deal was going down in the hallway. Industrial part of town and the nearby fast food places close at ten, which is inconvenient if you fly in late and don’t have a car (which was our case). Don’t stay here unless you HAVE to.

This is a huge hotel but you wouldn't notice on the outside. The Timbers offer suite rooms, that are comparable to a one bedroom apartment. The rooms have a full kitchen, complete with dishes and silverware. Also the suites are equipped with a dining room table and chairs. In the living room there is a couch with a pull out bed. The wifi works great. This hotel has an indoor pool, a full buffet style breakfast and a restaurant inside the hotel. Plus, the prices are very reasonable and they allow pets.
I would gladly stay at this hotel again. This hotel has great rates and offers a lot of amenities for the price. In my opinion, no other hotel in this area of Denver/ Aurora can compare to The Timbers Hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

We were pleasantly surprised. Our stay was wonderful, despite the reviews. The room was massive, and our room had two balconies on it! We visited for a long weekend and stayed at the Timbers and we had a wonderful time. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat, but the room in all was wonderful. The front desk staff are definitely lacking. But certain people give wonderful service! Breakfast was delicious every morning.

Nice cozy non corporate type of hotel. Would recommend for anyone wanting a true Colorado experience while visiting Denver. Gorgeous clean rooms updated nicely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. While a last minute night stay wasn't long enough to explore all their amenities it was a good stay!

very accommodating, great customer service nice-if you encounter the right desk attendant, western antiquity feel to the place, has a good restaurant- better for lunch or supper, offers breakfast in the restaurant-run of the mill, very quiet. It wad a good place to stay. It was affordable and in a good location right off the free way and close to many things. We stayed in a suite with a small kitchen. Great for a long stay. All the staff are as helpful as they possibly can be. I've been here for 3 months and I love it here.

The bed in room 154 has a crater in the middle that almost swallow a you. Hanging on to the edge of the bed would have been tolerable but the fire alarm at 3am was the icing on the cake. I won't stay here again. The free breakfast includes eggs, potatoes, frozen Biscuits with gravy and sausage. There are also self serve waffles along with a choice of cereals. None of that however makes up for the night of poor sleep at an overpriced rate.

Pros: Very large suites, very accommodating, great customer service nice-if you encounter the right desk attendant, western antiquity feel to the place, has a good restaurant- better for lunch or supper, offers breakfast in the restaurant-run of the mill, very quiet.
Cons: The parking lot is not the safest- day or night. I know it's the area in which the hotel is located and is not the hotels fault but our trailer was stolen in broad daylight in the front parking lot in front if the hotel- no security cameras and no witnesses. Just. E sure to take proper precautions and if you are there for longer than a week move your vehicles, trailers, campers, etc around. Other than that it's a good place to relax.

This hotel is amazing. I've stayed at fancier hotels and have never had service this good. And the bartender is awesome, she's really friendly and very kind. All the staff are as helpful as they possibly can be. I've been here for 3 months and I love it here.

This hotel has been very accommodating to our family. The room is big and clean. We have been here for 7 nights awaiting completion of our house being built and when we request maid service, they do an outstanding job-changing the sheets all the way to lining our shampoo bottles in a straight row. Daisy and Vanessa are so sweet and Rain is a really dedicated and hard worker. Very pleased with this hotel and the staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets included! Will definitely recommend to out of town friends and family.

First they screwed up our reservation and gave us one bed for two adults and two teenagers. Then they replaced it with a room with a pull out couch and no blankets or pillows. The room smelled and looked dirty and there was a drug baggie on the floor in plain sight so it makes me question if it was ever cleaned. The elevator was out which can't always be helped but was an inconvenience with our luggage. Our flight didn't get in until 3:30 in the morning although my fiancee checked in earlier before picking us up. Despite that refused to accommodate us when we called down. We woke up at 11:53 am and I called the front desk to ask for half an hour just so we could shower before driving six hours home to the western slope. Was told that if we weren't out in seven minutes we would be charged $70. Breakfast was horrible as well. There was absolutely nothing good about our stay. Will never stay there again and will warn anyone else not to as well.

The hotel is run by managers who have a superiority complex. Besides the lady being rude when I arrived. She had been on the phone with a man upset over damage to his vehicle while he stayed in the hotel. Then she swept me to the side, because they gave our room away (that was pre-paid for 2 months before). Another, friendlier lady upgraded us to a suite, which was very thoughtful.
But, the suite had 2 lamps that did not work, a flickering light in the kitchenette, a microwave which did not work, and filthy dining table chairs. We did pull down the covers to check for bugs, and there were none, and, we did find another microwave that we moved to an outlet.
My husband went to the desk to see who he could talk to about either a refund, credit, or moving to a room that has working equipment. The lady who I believe is the manager, said, "I am corporateif you have anything to say..you tell me and I will tell them."
He explained the things that were wrong and she said she will cancel our room so we don't have to worry about staying in it. She gave us 8 minutes to turn in our keys. We were in the room a total of 25-30 minutes and since we pulled the bed covers down, and used one trash can, she seemed the room had been "used and needed a full cleaning" which voided their hotel policy of a refund.
Stay far away from this place!

Some parts of the room were a little run down, but overall it was a really nice place to stay. We stayed in a king suite that had a bedroom with a large and comfy bed, a bathroom, and even a kitchen/dining room and living room! It felt very roomy, and while we were only here for a night, I would have gladly stayed longer. The staff was very friendly, as well, and the continental breakfast was good.

Good location close to Interstate 70 and easy access to Airport. Free shuttle that will take you almost anywhere within a 5 mile radius of hotel, and a respectable breakfast buffet. Overall a great bang for your buck these days.

I am not the type to write negative reviews. The hotel was decent, for the money. My issue was that there was issue with payment. They over charged and double charged me. I began attempting to fix it over 6 weeks ago. I finally have a credit now. My friend was also overcharged but has NOT received a credit. Said a manager would call no one has called. I was told by one lady I could have two nights of credit, but the next lady said they cant do that. I made 12 total calls and kept notes. And on top of all that, at breakfast, one of the hotel workers was talking loudly and badly about another customer/hotel guest. If you stay here PAY IN CASH so they cant over charge you.
