I'm not sure that anything is complimentary in this place but the people are nice and the rooms are clean. Easy access off of I-26 good place to stay for ballgames and Uber services it quickly. Plenty of parking. You know, if they tossed you an apple or allowed you a bottle of water a day I'd give it another star.

The welcoming staff was very polite. The business room was large roomy very clean. The restrooms have always been clean. Any staff I have encountered has always been very friendly.

Great customer service, clean comfortable rooms. Kelly at the front desk did everything she could to make our visit smooth!! Made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was warm n tasty and the staff there took great care of us!!

We love staying here when we can't get a room closer to downtown Columbia! The service is excellent and the staff are super friendly. Plus, the breakfast is superb. I highly recommend a stay here!

Went there to check availability for a social event. Excellent staff. Very helpful and courteous. Hotel lobby was very nice. Beautiful and we'll kept. Rooms that were shown were very new and fairly updated. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or a social event.

Great hotel for the price, stayed during the solar eclipse. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and a nice restaurant that opens at five to dine at. I would recommend the Caesar salad. Close to a mall. The pool is a little small, but the glass wall next to the gym is certainly a nice touch.

The room was nice and clean, but nothing special for the amount of money they charged. No complimentary breakfast. Internet was incredibly challenging to log onto, and I work in technology for a living. You have to pay over $10. I have found far better value with other chains. I can only recommend this if you cannot find a vacancy in another decent hotel. Marriott's Residence Inn is a far better value. Comfory Suites and Holiday Inn Express also typically are better values in that level of hotel.

Stopped for the night on the way down South. Nice big hotel, full but not noisy at all. Clean & Comfortable, basic hotel room. Only negative very minor thing is no fan in the bathroom. Staff was the best, really nice & friendly.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. We had a pretty late meal in the lounge. We were not impressed with the food. Otherwise everything else at the hotel was top notch. Good customer service.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff was phenomenal. We arrived a bit late and the staff was very warm and welcoming. We wanted a cocktail before retiring and the bartender was one of the sweetest ladies ever. I would CERTAINLY stay again.
