Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. Check in staff was kind and friendly. There was a good variety of breakfast food. Only suggested improvement would be to their dinner menu. Ordered a couple pizzas and sandwiches. They took very long time to have them ready and servings were small and pricey.

Check in was smooth and literally like 2 mins. Showed my ID/put a CC on file and got the breakfast hrs/after hrs use room key for all doors/elevator location spill. Room was clean and bed was super comfy. Room layout was the first I’ve seen this way but I enjoyed it. Large TV you can watch from the sitting area or turn to the bed area. Fridge/wetbar, desk, bathroom were all clean and in good working condition. Breakfast the next morning had some good selections. I love Hyatt Brand hotels. This location did not let me down!

We got there around 2 and there were no rooms and we found out we had two reservations. One with the 800 number and one with the hotel. The front desk clerk was not helpful. She didn't just cancel her reservation, she said we had to call 800 number and cancel. She, however, did not know the number. It took my husband 20 minutes to cancel. The next morning, we requested a late check out and the said they don't normally do that but they would get back to us. They never got back to us. Disappointing.

I stayed at Hyatt Place while in town for the week on business. As I checked into my room I was impressed with the look of the hotel. When I got to the room, it was spacious with a couch and TV that could be watched in living room area or from the bed. I went to the bathroom and found multiple long hairs on the wall of the shower. It was late so I just went to bed and told staff the next day. Got back to my room that evening and the hairs were STILL THERE! I called to the front desk and Juan came up and cleaned the bathroom wall. I later found hair and dust in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and other than a maid that can’t clean a room, I enjoyed it.

This place is run like a Hyatt. We had called before making the reservation and spoke with Jade who was an absolute delight. She assured us of parking our truck that was hauling a trailer and was even able to preassign us a very quiet room away from the elevator since I am very light sleeper. Breakfast was great and the morning crew was pleasant. The host at desk gave me some vanilla syrup for my coffee after I asked and didn't make me feel like it was a burden at all--all smiles. The room smelled wonderful and was very clean and comfortable. The room tranquility was what really made the trip and the accommodation from Jade. Thank you! Would totally be back for a visit.

Checked in paid for 2 rooms in advance after checking in front desk said pool was closed so after explaining this to my grandkids and listening to them get upset the front desk printed out directions and told us that a gym down the street are letting the hotel guest swim in the pool at the gym well after unpacking getting our swimsuits on loading the grandkids in the car we arrived at the gym and unfortunately the gym didn't let us swim because one of my granddaughters were under the age of 5 and children under the age of 5 are not allowed to go beyond a certain point in the gym so we left so now I had 2 crying grandkids again so now we go back to the hotel and went straight to the front desk and let them know what a very inconvenience this was and they needed to get there ducks in a row the lady at the front desk said they called to have the pool fixed the day before we checked in and no one showed up I know that in Columbia SC their are more than one pool company that they could have called this was a every unpleasant trip they need more lighting in the parking lot it is very dark and need to tare down the big flower bedding inside the big cement thing in front of it is a drain access that is caving in the ground and outside of the front doors the rugs looked like they have not been swept or vaccumed in 3 years they were not touched my whole visit other than that rooms are very big and clean and up to date don't think I will stay at this hotel again

The air conditioning stopped working through the night. Staff was nice. Breakfast was 90 percent carbs. No eggs. Only meat was in a potato medley (I think). Only stayed one night, thankfully.

Clean rooms, excellent service. Had a bit of a mishap getting placed in the correct room, but it was remedied. Breakfast is fantastic for a hotel breakfast, very nice. The rooms are beautiful.

Last night there room was not made up. I was not offered​ any apology or compensation. Plus we were placed on ground floor across from kitchen and next to meeting room where a party was going on. Otherwise it was comfortable but skimpy on soap.

Mostly satisfactory. Carpet was stained in our room and the toilet handle was broken but otherwise everything was great and the staff was wonderful.
