Dirty towel in bathroom. One of the elevators didn’t have a mandatory service sign. With the cost of the room the hotel should have provided breakfast, but they did not. Overall it wasn’t a great experience.

Very dated hotel. The staff was nice, but the hotel itself could use some updating. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but no where near the best. Convenient location if you're in Columbia, but you cpuld probably find better options nearby.

This is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a while. The bed sunk in the middle really bad and my wife and I couldn't help but snuggle. The elevator two rooms down made a horrible screeching sound all night long, the TV wasn't hooked up( I had to plug in the cable box change the input, and wait for 15 minutes for it to work. When we entered the room the heat was on and set for 82, and the shower had little to no pressure at all. There is no breakfast buffet either apparently. Avoid this place, there are many other better options near by.

Carlos helps out at the front desk!!!!! It's always great to see him when checking in. Today there was a mix up with my reservation and he fixed it without hesitation. The mix wasn't the hotels fault.

While doing that he carried on a conversation with me.

He always does a great job, today was even better.

This hotel attracts troglodytes that the staff are either unwilling or unable to control. Of course, this would not have been so bad if the hotel, which was quite under-booked, had spaced-out its patrons instead of cramming us on top of one another in rooms divided by paper-thin walls. Parking was ample.

This hotel is very nice for most of the hotels in the area. It's right off I77 on Two Notch Rd so access is very easy. Rooms ate clean and up to date. There is only a shower in our room, no tub which was fine for me but my wife likes to take baths some times. Wi-Fi is included and has decent speeds. Breakfast is not included but they do serve it for a fee so that was the reason I have it 4 out of 5 stars.

Room was great, big, comfortable, plenty of soaps, shapoos, etc. Bed was awesome, with great pillows. The hotel staff was great. The restaurant was horrible. We stayed during hurricane Irma and they said it would be a longer wait on the food because of the circumstances. Which we completely understood. However, after waiting 45 minutes for a burger i was very disappointed to see my order was wrong. I got fries instead of onion rings, and the burger wasn't even the kind i ordered. The waitress blamed the cook and asked if i wanted ketchup or mustard, i said mustard, which went in one ear and out the other apparently. I never got utensils or a single napkin while waiting for my food and had to ask for something to drink. The drinks were only half full when we got them. Almost like we were getting screwed out of a full drink. To top it off she gave me the bill and walked away and there wasn't any ink in the pen to sign. We weren't impressed. I still tipped her but next time i think I'll eat in town.

Browsed reviews but the overall rating had sold me based on the price and age of the hotel. In retrospect, I wish I had chose another hotel but we were tired and once we put our bags in the second room we received, I just put it all behind us. I managed retail for 10 years, the two words that come to mind we're lazy and unprofessional. The front desk clerk was great, but her work mates seem to loaf and not have anything to do. She seemed frustrated, and made a comment to another patron that had asked for a manager that she had left early again. The first room we were assigned had been marked ready, but towels we're on the floor, tv was one, water bottles in the room and the beds were slept in. Second room was fine. Could be an overall great place, but I've stayed in nicer for half the cost.

The hotel has some age, the room I was in really showed it. They upgraded me to the suite with a jacuzzi, but it did not work so I ended up sitting in a tub full of water that did nothing. Staff was extremely friendly though

    I'm impressed!

My stay here was the first I'd been in a hotel for awhile, and the experience proved very positive. The location was good, being easy to find yet not directly on the highway. Cosmetically, both the building and my room looked great (that is, like a place that might cost far more than what I paid). Likewise, check-in was easy and with reasonable terms, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Two things I liked in particular were, first, a very low amount of street noise (from the hotel's general surroundings, or just the location of my room or my happening to stay on a quiet night, I don't know). And, second, there were multiple, conveniently located exits, rather than just the lobby, making it much easier to unload my truck (I don't travel too lightly). Then, finally, check-out was as simple and painless, and I left feeling ready for some more travel.

I can't comment on any of the extras on offer, such as the pool or bar, etcetera. But, for what it's worth, the room itself couldn't have been more pleasing or comfortable.

So, a word of thanks to all the folks at this Holiday Inn, for providing this traveler shelter on his journey. Keep up the good work :D

Hotel was not bad but they double charged me. Now ive got to wait 3-10 days? No wonder they wouldn't take cash. If i known they were gonna charge a security deposit i would have given them a credit card instead of a debit card. Its crazy how places think its ok just to tap into your wallet without you knowing about it. Marriott only for me from now on.

There are people coming to the pool who aren't guest. Bringing grills and having a big party. It was to crowded to swim but the outsiders were very nice. The staff is oblivious to the doors being prompt open so folks can use inside bathrooms. Also definitely needs updated..

Fair price. Comfortable beds. Air conditioner was good and cold. Room seemed a bit small and we couldn't figure out how to plug the bathtub for those wanting a bath. Maybe user error.
